My family and I ate here this past Tuesday and I have to say, Frank has completely redeemed this location for us and hope for quality service! From the second we sat down until the very second we stepped off the curb and walked away to our car, Frank made our experience one for the books. He was goofy and funny, he was loud and made his presence known, his service was that of a show and has my children asking to go back to see him every single day. Even though we were not his only customers, he made us feel as though we were. He was attentive and accurate, we never once had to ask for him. His timing for taking our order and delivering our food and drinks was perfect, even refills. We left a tip larger than I've ever known my husband to leave and a note for the manager, hoping to make sure he knew he had an awesome employee on his hands - those don't come by very often, especially this day in age. I was drawn to write this, not only because of the stellar service and good food, but because in comparison to our last visit here in October of 2020, for my birthday, my family and I were certain we would NEVER return to this location. The service was HORRIBLE to say the least, management could care less, the food was awful, and my four children were upset with it all forcing me to complain and leave very upset. I was hesitant to return on this very evening, but I am...
Read moreFor the second week in a row we’ve had a terrible experience with the hostess Marissa. Week 1: we waited for a table while 6 were given to people who came in and got their names added after us we were told it’s bc we needed a high chair but two families who came in after us had small children that were using high chairs. Come to find out our server admitted the mistake and tried to expedite our order. (Now this week) week 2- Marissa was our hostess yet again, after multiple families in large parties were seated I asked if we were close to being seated (we had already been there for 30 mins after being told it’d be 15-20 min wait) and she said they were waiting on a table not a booth. As she proceeded to sit a large party at a table who came in after us. We then sat without any drink orders for 20 mins. After the long wait our waiter Ryan approached us with empathy for being ignored and stated “sorry this section is usually ignored”. Waiting is not the issue, continually having to deal with her attitude, lack of empathy, and snarky remarks is the tipping point. Marissa seems to have some strange issue we my wife, children, and I. I have never left a review, but this was definitely warranted.
Side note: our waiter Ryan was extremely nice...
Read moreI was astonished on how average this experience was. The infamous and glorious Pizza Kitchen located in California holds its ground against the toughest pizza chains according to rumors, but this establishment dethrones its status as the best. Currently, it does not hold up as "good pizza". Go eat Lil Ceasars or something else. My brother wanted to eat someone elses leftover cake and pizza, which is most likely a better deal than we payed for. The only great option was the drinks, and those were given to be the same at any establishment near my location. I will first discuss what I had ordered: 2 pizza pies, one burger, and one bowl of pasta. I will not converse the names of the meals that I had consumed to save others the embarresment of eating at this place of pizza cooking. The pizza, despite it being in its name, was not of my best interests. It was slightly burnt, and I do not like pizza that is burnt. Similarly, the wagyu burger was burnt. The bowl of pasta was quite zesty for my liking. The bread given to customers were okay, but stains the clothing if accidental errors occur. I ate and left my meal disappointed and shameful that I ate at the described establishment I leave my review on. Peace and love from...
