My rating is only based on the baked salmon roll. Customer service, cleaningness and nice vibes were 5 stars. I loved that when I arrived I didn't have to bug anyone to sign up for the waiting list. They had a machine with a huge sign in case you miss it. We waited for about 50 minutes (on Valentine's Day) to be seated, and had the option to check online what place we were in. We got a table that we initially wanted to reject because it was right outside of the tent area, but we figured we were hungry and could handle the cold weather. Our worries about being cold quickly faded because there was a fire lamp right next to our table and we felt like chickens, very warm under this fire lol. However, when our food arrived we were a bit dissapointed. Mind you, we have been here before (about 2 years prior), but the baked salmon just didn't taste the same. It was very sweet, too sweet for our taste. It was like the salmon had a syrupy taste to it, and just wasn't good. Maybe raw sushi is better, and they do have other items in their menu.

Underperformed expectations, not a fail but not an impressive experience here. I’d say if you’re looking for sushi and you can’t find anything else, go for it. There is a lack of direction when it comes to seating, if you happen to stumble into the restaurant’s normal entrance, expect to receive a less then enthusiastic response on where to go. It seems that this is not an isolated situation, it was an observable occurrence that most patrons were told that the seating is outside with the same less then enthusiastic response. The Sashimi did feel thick and was a little warmer then expected, as for the presentation this as well “lacked enthusiasm”. The photo above is not much different from the way it came, I was not to enticed to finish the roll. I would say, improvements are in order

i used to come here with my family all the time when it was a good sushi restaurant, I would even recommend this place to my friends, but just on sunday, we had an special occasion, my sibling’s bday, and I haven’t been here in a min, we decided to come to get some sushi rolls as we used to do, the atmosphere is just ok, not a vibe anymore just a place to eat, the service was nice, i cant complain, but godly…me and my sibling had this spicy tuna with salmon, it was so bad, the taste and the quality, you can tell that the fish was not fresh anymore, and god knows since when it has been outside without refrigeration, i work in the food industry, as a restaurant you need to be careful with fish or seafood, it needs to be a proper temperature and don’t exceed the 2 hrs limit being outside, that sushi we had was bad, we ate it because we didn’t wanna waste food, or money… that was the worse mistake… few hourse when we got home me and my sibling started throwing up, I spent the whole night vomiting with diarrhea due to the food poisoning, i couldnt even go to work because of it, straight up, throwing up all the sushi we ate during the whole night on sunday, I been sick from my stomach up to this day, now being 4 days with an upset stomach, feeling nauseous, with heartburn and diahrrea , unable to proper eat anything heavy, still with an upset stomach, im taking medicine and my sibling as well, this place has gone bad and their food too, I would not recommend this place, their seafood is bad and they are not careful with it, im so disappointed, and sick which is worse...

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had in a decade.

Short version: 1. Served severely undercooked disgusting "bloody" chicken Unprofessional servers with shockingly bad attitude Overall really bad food quality(not fresh)

They served me BLOODY RAW CHICKEN. I found out after eating some pieces already, and I'm seriously worried about getting sick now. I complained and the last thing a female server told me was "It's a little pink" with a "laugh". They were like, 'Oops raw chicken. Do u want new one or other things or refund?' Then I was literally told "what do you want?" by the same person. Unbelievable attitude.

I asked other thing as a replacement only because I didn't want to leave with empty stomach and let my time wasted. Well guess what? They tried to charge me FULL PRICE for the replacement that wasn't even good. Are you serious????? When I complained again, the same woman gave me this 'what? You got the replacement' attitude again. WORST experience ever. NEVER going back.

Nobody there was really apologetic, and they just kept me waiting until I couldn't take anymore and walked up to the front to leave. There were many empty tables at the time and they weren't busy at all, but they just didn't want to come to my table. I could feel that they just wanted to get away with it so badly without getting things right. Totally unprofessional.

On top of that, the overall food quality was so bad that I couldn't tell difference between theirs and cheap asian buffet sushi.

FYI, my disgusting raw chicken dish was a dinner combo with spicy...

Absolute Nightmare. Do NOT Come Here If You Have Children. Where do I even begin? This place is a circus of incompetence, and my family was the main act in their pathetic show. If you have kids, especially ones who don't want to gorge themselves on $40 worth of raw fish, RUN. First, we were treated like criminals for even suggesting that our child might order à la carte while the rest of us did the "all you can eat." One person said no, we couldn't possibly sit together. Then a "manager" waltzed over, completely contradicted them, and said it was fine. We thought we were in the clear. Wrong. Next, a waiter arrived to tell us that our child was required to do the AYCE, and that ordering a simple bento box was forbidden. We explained that the manager had already given us permission. Said Ok, she was sweet and we placed the order for the bento. But the final boss was still waiting. Some fourth, random employee materialized out of nowhere to inform us with attitude—yet again-that our child could not have a bento box. He had to be forced into the AYCE, which he would never eat. A $40 surcharge for nothing. After 20 minutes of this humiliating back-and-forth with a revolving door of clueless staff, we finally gave up and left. It was clear they cared more about forcing a menu item on a child than they did about customer service or basic human decency. Save your money and...
