We were so excited to eat at this restaurant, Thats the end of that story. Server was confused about the menu and our questions. We ordered a big variety of foods. Server was nice but, he never brought us the eggrolls and we asked for that first. This started the tumble of unhappy events … we ordered pho with brisket and filet. Mystery meat arrived, it looked like stringy innards. Literally that white stuff is ligaments not noodles. We took them out and out in a bowl to show manager, Broth of pho was weak chicken broth with star anise. Nothing much else in bowl besides noodles. Banh mi was on soft sorta French roll , not a crunchy baguette. Filling for banh mi was none existent, tofu and mushroom? Hardly any inside, and we had to ask for more pickled carrots (they didn't have daikon ) i dont know and a few more shreds of cilantro and carrots arrived in the tiniest bowl. Weird! Not a banh mi. so don't bother Childs dinner was some week old, dried out old spicy chicken scraps. (Hello, kids do not like spicy or old dead meat!! ) The baby eggroll was filled with kitty pâté’ the rice was mushy, child would not eat any of it! We ordered some fish turmeric over rice noodles. The toppings were non existent literally barely a teaspoon of chopped peanuts, some lettuce(lettuce?) and the fish was frozen fishy fish one bite and it was spit out. I ate some cooked onions out of the bowl. Really the food was worse than a drive in and not even that good. It was not edible. IT IS NOT VIETNAMESE FOOD. Friends ate most of the banh mi as they were starving. Nothing else was eaten or edible! Oh and did i mention we NEVER got the egg rolls. Waiter forgot to even write down as they were not on the bill which we disputed. Completely disappointed. We drove to InNOut we were starving. Response to owner: food not fresh!! Photos prove this opposite!! I am a chef, so impossible to deny the quality of every dish we got was despicable and unacceptable low quality, old, dried out and rubbery. If this is what you claim fresh??? Its a sad joke on us the customers.

The shrimp spring rolls and Bun Me sandwich will be a great entrée for lunch. I had a chance to try this place out since the other restaurant I go to for the same dish in the same area was closed. I put my order online and selected a time for my pickup. This store is in a big plaza with other stores so finding parking is very easy. I got there early before my pickup time and it wasn't ready so I waited inside. The staff was very friendly and offer water while I waited. My food was ready at my pickup time and I left. I though the bun me sandwich was decent but the bread was kind of hard. The shrimp spring rolls was also decent but I don't really like the peanut sauce. I got my fiancée the chicken pho and Thai tea. She like both of her dish and now she has a alternative place to go to if the main restaurant we go to is busy or closed.

Very clean restaurant with prompt friendly service. We ordered the fried egg rolls to start and they were hot and crispy without being too oily. If you are looking to freshen it up by wrapping it in the lettuce you may need to ask for more since they only gave one leaf. Ordered the R-5 Cornish hen with rice and wasn’t disappointed at all. It was a very good sized portion and tasted so delicious. Had enough to even let others try a piece or two. Got to taste a couple other dishes: pho - broth was very flavorful. Wish they would have more options of types of pho though we got the one with beef, tripe and tendon. The house special filet mignon was so tender and flavorful definitely could have eaten more. They also have kids meals either pho or grilled chicken or beef comes with a drink and an egg roll.

I ordered the 10 potsticker meal. To my surprise and disappointment, the potstickers were deep-fried, which I did not expect. Typically I have them at Chinese restaurants and they’re simply stir fried with a little bit of peanut oil, seasoning, and dill, which comes out very tasty.

The menu didn’t specify how the potstickers would be cooked, so part of this is not my fault for not asking. Although I still think the restaurant should advertise how they cook their various meals just to ensure their customers are fully aware.

The folks with whom I had our meals with, all enjoyed the various PHO, pork chop, lobster dishes.

So give this place a try, but be sure to ask questions on how they prepare the meal so that you know upfront if that’s what you want.

Reply to Saigon Brothers reply: Yes, if you wish post a picture of your menu showing where it said fry potstickers. Perhaps I missed it, in which case upon viewing your picture of the menu showing the words fried potstickers, I’d gladly revise my...
