Sam's Flaming Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Yeah, my first time here was today on a quick lunch break! I asked if there were any lunch plates, the lady there today at this moment goes "yes, we have a chicken combo plate with sides" I asked her how much? She says, "10.99$" ok, fine. I order. I pay with card and go outside, I wait in my car for a while and come back to ask if I get a drink because I had forgot that she did mention that, she says yes but with an attitude as if I was expecting a drink with my combo. It was a simple question and I did tell her I had forgot she says it includes a drink! There was a lady ordering her food at the time I was asking for the drink, I come back outside and come back inside to see the lady that ordered after me, her sandwich was already made! And gave to her before me! Now let's keep in mind what a 'lunch special' is, usually in a quick grab and go lunch special, we all know it's a classic and it's quick to go. Well, that wasn't the case so as I'm standing there the lady goes and helps the hispanic sir in the back finish my order STILL! She served it to me in a bag with ONE ketchup, I ORDERED F* CHICKEN and asked for their white sauce, she looks at me as if I'm crazy and doesn't know what I'm talking about so I POINT TO IT, she turns and says its 50 cents! Are you kidding me? My fries are f* burnt, I'm late from my HOUR lunch break, and she wants to charge me 50 cents on a almost 11$ meal THAT DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH A COURTESY SAUCE FOR THE CHICKEN. Okay, don't judge people BASED on their appearance yes I am covered in tattoos but I work with high well people and know how to communicate but don't push it. You could of had a loyal customer. Don't judge someone thinking they don't have money. Plus, my plate came with only 4 little chicken pieces off a kabob! I was better off at the fish place next door with a long...

It was my First time visiting there. I like Turkish and Mediterranean Cuisine so I expected very much. First of All, too Over Done for me. Front Side was Fine, however, the Other Side was just Black. IT WAS TERRIBLE TO ME. Second, Staff recommended Combo so I ordered Beef & Chicken Kebab. Beef Kabab was 11.99 and Chicken Kebab was 9.99. However, Combo was 13.99. If I knew about it, Would not have ordered it, and also, if it tasted Good, I could keep my Complaints in my mind. Certainly, Lamb Kebab is 13.99. The owner should pay a notice to a Customer who visits the Restaurant in First Time. I just felt he is not a kind and honest guy. And also, unfortunately, there is another Mediterranean Cuisine Restaurant near this Restaurant. I was satisfied with their Taste, and Service. Because I sometimes have a kind of strange feeling after reading Some Evaluations. However, if Google suggested to people the BaseLine for Grading, I believe that Google Map Review will give more accurate Information, much more useful, and help people who need the Information.

Otherwise, compared with Reviews in Japan, the US's Review is easy to understand why the person is upset and Rated the Lowest or Lower. This is only my feelings.

Today was my first time trying out Sam's flaming grill, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. We ordered 3 plates of chicken for pick-up as we were working. All of the chicken on all of our plates must've been days old because it was nasty and dry. I wished I would have been at the place to return the plate for a refund. Unfortunately, due to work and not being able to get a refund we didn't have a chance to return and to give them a piece of our mind. Aside from having to wait until we got off of work to eat a meal, it was upsetting to know that they'll serve meat that is days old. It was a first and last for me. I will never return to this place!
