Right up front the proprietor told us it would be 20 minutes wait for order to be completed. She had another large table before us. No problem. Just needed our coffee and tea, and wait would be fine. Ordered a hot chai tea and a latte coffee with a little mocha and oat milk. Brought to us in "real" large cups, piping hot and delicious!! Stayed hot for the duration.
