Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
Iām writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of a cashier at your store during a recent visit. I had purchased a coffee and sandwich (receipt #73444496) and, after receiving my items, I asked for an extra cup so I could share my coffee with a coworker.
There were no other customers waiting in line at the time, aside from one individual who turned out to be a Starbucks employee placing a personal order. I wasnāt placing a new order or interrupting any service processāI simply asked for a cup.
To my surprise, the cashier responded rudely by lecturing me on my manners and how I should āproperlyā order next time, It was condescending and completely uncalled for. I asked for a cupānot a Saturday morning lesson on human behavior.

When my wife and I stopped by this Starbucks location tonight, they were not busy at all because it was the final hour before the mall closes. Is like taking you to a different world with just one sip. Well today I was taken to that place I ordered a simple vanilla Latte but when I took my first sip I was taken for a moment out of this world it was frothy and just on point with the temperautre the right amount of vanilla flavor and the service and smile just made it even better.
