The Impossible Shop — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I found this place online after getting off a long work day. Sorely disappointed to find this is a ghost kitchen at Dog Haus. Haven't had good experiences there but decided to give it a shot. Ordered the special Nug Sando and Chili cheese fries. First they gave me only fries, cold fries to top it off. When I sent back for the chili and to let them know the fries were cold I had to wait for them to give me hot fires. Then I drive off because I'm tired and hungry only to discover no cheese on the chili. The bun on the sandwich was also cold, it had toast marks but something that is made fresh and hot doesn't cool to that state that fast. Ugh, ruined my dinner and what little evening I had left. I could rag the staff but they've(Dog Haus) have always been like that. That's a management issue, can't do a good job if you've never been given the proper training. I'm never going back to either Impossible Shop or Dog Haus. Unless you're going to go into their kitchen or babysit the staff, I wouldn't recommend...

I ordered on GRUBHUB. The chili cheese fries came without the fries or cheese. I just got a tiny container of chili for $7.49. The double down shop burgers was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, and plant based cheese. I just got a bun with 2 patties and one pickle. Such a disappointment. I expect way more or at least a correct order for a $17 plant based burger. I gave it 2 stars because the bun and patties were tasty but this place seriously needs to get their act together. They even disabled the review...

My wife and I were hoping for better outcome than the previously reviewed. Unfortunately, we weren’t.

We ordered fries, shop burger and Pat B Melt. The fries were ok, the burger was missing components and the pat b melt was also missing things. Overall, nothing like the photos.

I wish there was a 1.5 option. Either way, I doubt I shall order...
