For the Make Your Own Sundae I opted for a combination of Earl Grey Tea and Marionberry Cheesecake ice creams, topped with rainbow sprinkles, cookies & cream crumble, and a generous dollop of whipped cream. The Earl Grey had a sophisticated, slightly floral flavor that paired beautifully with the tart and creamy Marionberry Cheesecake. The sprinkles and crumble added a fun textural contrast, while the whipped cream tied it all together with a light and airy finish.

The ambiance of the shop is decent, though seating is limited. It's more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, ideal for enjoying your dessert while taking a stroll through the vibrant Arts District. The location adds a lot to the experience, making it a perfect destination for a sweet treat after exploring the area.

First of all, the ice cream at this chain is the closest your going to get to perfection. My first taste was in NYC and I was a little sad that I couldn't squeeze another trip in before my return home. To my excitement I found out we had the chain here in LA. When I came in I was greeted by Dan who I ended up being the sweetest rep I've ever met. I told him about my obsession with the Earl Grey Flavor and he explained the process the company goes through to make the ice cream and the purity of the ingredients. He actually got me more excited about trying some new flavors and toppings. He offered me a try of vegan peanut butter, pistachio, and honeycomb. I'm a creature of habit but I think Dan confirmed that there's more to life I could be living. Ha! I love this...
