These are the rudest nail technicians. Horrible experience! The technicians are racist. No doubt!!! Have gone to this location 2x and the customer service is clearly clear that they do not want our business. Absolutely rude!!!! Do not waste your time or $$$$$!! I promise you. There was only one person getting their nails done at the time when I came in with two other nail technicians just sitting there with the receptionist doing nothing. When I asked about "gel extensions" the woman spoke in a condescending manner and stated she had no ides what I was talking about and proceeded to ask the nail technician about it and came back and said she still didn't know what I was talking about. I then showed her the picture that's on their Instagram page that has hashtags that say "gel extensions" and then her amnesia went away and she proceeded to see if there were any "appointments" available even though there was only ONE PERSON getting their nails done and two technicians unoccupied and no other customers waiting inside or out for an appointment. At the time when I went in it was around 12pm; this is significant due to the fact that the woman told me there was nothing available until 2pm. I am very disappointed with this nail salon. I walked out of there paying $149 and turning out to be $179 with 15% tip!!! Are you kidding me ?! I expected to pay around $100 for a nice mani/pedi maybe a little more but that price is crazy and I will never go back. For a basic job. I got gel on my hands and feet. They charged to take my Acrylics off, charged 20$ for a French tip and charged a 20$ COVID fee. I’m on my second day and my supposed to be gel manicure is already chipping. Why am I paying outrageous prices for nails that don’t even last 2 days looking nice !! That’s what Gel is supposed to do. HOL...

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m really disappointed with my experience. I’ve been growing and taking care of my natural nails for months, and after getting them done here, most of them broke the same day one even caused bleeding. The application felt rushed and the quality clearly didn’t hold up. I’m upset not only because of the damage, but because of how much time and effort I had put into caring for my natural nails.

Given how quickly this happened, I’d appreciate a refund. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others...
