Too many homeless ppls around there. I've been use drive-thuru a few times before so I used drive-thuru recently. I ordered regular beef bowl, but this time, I'm disappointed. Taste was bad I mean no flavor at all. I didn't expect like real original Yoshiniya beef bowl in Japan, but still, they must forgot to add any spice or flavor in it or something I really don't know what it was but it was terrible I tried to added soy sauce, ginger, extra beef juices,...but I couldn't even eat half of bowl what a wasted my money I can't even count how many times I had Yoshiniya beef bowl in LA, and I think this time's beef bowl was worstest one ever I had. They must have a manual recipes to make it. A Taste have to be exactly the same every day no matter what.
I feel bad to saying this because employees were nice, polite attitude, liked them service. There is little bit uncomfortable area, but I went there because of them. So I added one more...
Read moreThe assumptive troublesome nearby surroundings and loiterers led me to believe the worst about this particular Yoshinoya location. However my "there is a silver lining in everything" outlook on life led me to go on a mini adventure and to test my assumptions about this location's safety, sanitation/food safety rating, crew member competence and service, taste, smell and appearance of the food ordered, and the overall experience during the visit. For this visit I had 2 cheesecake slices which were pre-packaged and worth facing every one of my fears. However, since I cannot, in good faith provide an accurate and thorough accounting of my experience with this location's prepared food and service, I shall plan a future visit to Yoshinoya at Alvarado & Wilshire that would allow for a more immersive experience. More will...
Read moreI just went through the drive through here and asked if I could put a separate order in the same drive in, but the employee told me condescendingly and in the ruddest manner that I could not at the moment because "it was EXTREMELY busy and id be WASTING their time" and that they could only take one order at a time, when in fact there was hardly anybody in the restaurant and only one person in front of me in the drive through. Now I didn't mind going around and driving through again to place my 2nd order, but the attitude and smug demeanor i was approached with is one thing i will not tolerate. It is really sad that employees like Omar treat customers this way, where it makes you feel like not coming back to a restaurant you frequently visit. We can easily take our business somewhere else if service...
