Horrible customer service

When I entered there was a homeless man doing drugs in the front entrance and he kept on refilling his cup but The employees did not tell him anything. They also did not clean the machines afterwards even though he was drinking straight from his cup and putting it directly to the soda machine they should really be more careful especially right now with Covid All the employees working the front witness this yet nobody said anything. When I ordered my food I was told it would take 10 minutes but it ended up taking longer after 20 minutes I complained to the cashier víctor and he told me it would be a few minutes more. Meanwhile I continued to wait I noticed they were having problems getting my order correct because their employees did not want to go restock the ingredients needed. They advertise fresh food yet they tried to give me reheated chicken from the microwave so I asked for my money back. When I was finally able to get my money back after asking 2 employees twice while waiting I was speaking to a customer to my left not the employes telling him that it is taking way longer than what they said. The employee Víctor decided to interrupt my conversation and said "too bad for you" clearly showing he did not care about providing quality customer service. Like the food. It's great but the people that work there are so rude if you speak english they just stay quite and look at you. They dont offer any sides or anything else you might like them they call another worker and say they dont understand also when the girl handled the food she wasnt wearing gloves and wiped the mashed potatoes off with her bare hands which is very unsanitary and the restuarant had trash on the floor wasnt very clean and wasnt very comfortable so took food to go plus when we checked our food they didnt give us our full order we were missing out biscuits uggh...

If there was a negative star I would give that, the service is the WORSE I have experienced ever, the cashier didn't know anything about the menu or promotions, he didn't even try checking for a in-store promo that they advertise, and on top of that he messed up my order after us waiting for about 15-20 minutes for our order because the cashier placed the order to-go when i said dine-in, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me the regular so no sauce my sandwich was plain, I tried this place cause I was in town, but it's a big nope for me...
