Bamboo Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I placed a delivery order that was supposed to be delivered within 20-50 minutes. I called an hour after I placed the order and a woman answered the phone and asked me if I was calling for pickup. I replied that I was calling about my delivery order. She told me to hold on and then hung up. I called back. She said something about my order being here in 20 minutes. I mentioned that I ordered an hour ago and she hung up.

I called back again, let it ring for a long time and then someone picked up and hung up. Finally someone answered who said that his manager told him I said someone is coming to pick up my order. I had to explain again that the order was delivery and then this perpson said the driver wasn’t there.

What the actual f@€£ is happing...

Saw an ad on the street for Chili Cheese Fries and said to myself don't do this to me. But since I love Chili Cheese Fries I went to order some. It is annoying to assume everyone speaks Spanish to the point they have to ask again in English but that isn't the point. The good part is they made a fresh batch of fries but right when the worker was bringing it out to me, he takes a phone call and rather than put it on hold for a minute, had me waiting for my fresh fries that are now getting cold. I had to get up a few minutes later to retrieve them from other working who of course speaks Spanish at first to me. I guess they don't know how to prioritize with their in person customers and...

Worst chinese food ever. The food was noticeably under the heater for quite some time, even the liquids were hardened, so my friend and I asked for fresh, they said sure, and my friend says he say them give him the rice imubder the heater and just prepped meet "fresh." I had beef and broccoli and chow mein. The chow mein had the nastiest taste, and the beef was way toi rubbery. I'm sorry for anyone that comes here to be as dissapointed as us. DISGUSTING, I should also add, there were no Asian cooks, or people, in general...
