Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If there was a negative star option that's what my review would be. this is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant inside was unhygienic. The cleanest table that I found to sit at was filthy. when I told the staff about it, there was no effort on their behalf, nor by Jack-in-the-Box manager on duty, to wipe down the table. However, after my special request, they reluctantly went out of their way to provide me with a cup of tap water and a napkin to wipe the table. Myself. People were able to walk around the restaurant to beg for food or money from patrons that were inside eating. In addition to being around after the meals were consumed, to serve as unpaid servants by eating the remnantss of rejected food left behind on the tables. I have to say they cleaned the tables better than employees ever tried to do. Do not expect a refill on your soda. Reason being COVID. when I asked for a plastic bag they said they did not have any.

unfortunate for the manager he reluctantly provided me with a plastic to-go bag. When I pointed out the one that was already on one of their counters. The bathroom line is very l o n g, and the restroom was slightly more disgusting than the dining room.

Complete disregard for all that is Holy and Sacred. I'm looking on the bright side by saying that bathroom had not been properly attended to in at least a year. "A vision of Malaria' ", the theme of the restroom decor, "Doo-Doo" (odor-de- tiolete), the air freshener.

This is the worst of the WORSTS EVER!!! I'd give this circus no stars if avail. If you can avoid it please do so. Staff here is ghetto, not friendly, have attitude and even had the nirve to curse and flick me off infront of my family.

I was coming from the gym with my family looking to satisfy my hunger along the way. Just a bad habit of mine that everytime Im out of the gym i get the runs. So I'm there waiting to purchase with my family and couldn't wait in line any longer so I decided to step ahead of the line and request to be buzzed in the restroom.

The cashier didn't make no contact whatsoever, tried to avoid the question. After couple attempts she decided to finally answer back and responded saying that I couldn't use the restroom until I had purchased an item.

I understand if you see some random bum not looking to make an attempt to purchase then all power to you. I'm here with my family, my bladder can only take so much and only to be told by the store manager ADRIANA to have a nice day.

To top it off you have your employers cursing and throwing hand signs up from a distance. Very very unprofessional from level-clerk to management. This place reminds me of a high school continuation center, all low life's with not one humble soul to reason with.

If cooperate can really look deep into this venue then that be highly appreciated. Will NEVER EVER step into...

Completely disgusting place to eat at. It smelled like weed inside, trash on the floor. Floor was sticky. Trash cans looked dirty. Needed to wash my hands and use the restroom and there was a guy in there for 15 min. I came in this past Friday night around 8:15pm. I told the short mexican guy about the man being in the bathroom for a long time that I needed to use the restroom and he didn't care. He didn't make any effort to go knock on the door. I just waited until he got out finally. Only one bathroom for customers. The restroom was also disgusting. All kinds of stains on the walls. Nasty odor. No fan on the ceiling to ventilate. Floor smelled like urine. No toilet paper so we had to ask for one. Soap dispenser was broken. There was soap but could not pump it out. After I came out I changed my mind and didn't want to grab food after all. I wanted to get the hell out of there. They really need security there. To make sure only customers are using that restroom. I wouldn't trust them to cook my food here with all this...
