CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Louisiana

This used to be my go to place. I recently visited this café and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee, which arrived lukewarm and unappetizing — not the comforting pick-me-up I had hoped for. But the lack of warmth didn’t stop there; the customer service mirrored the temperature of my drink. Although it was a Saturday, there were no smiles or pleasantries, just a sense of indifference from the staff. As I waited to order, I couldn’t help but notice two employees staring blankly at me, wearing expressions of clear discontent. Mask Nazis. I walk in with no mask on. Several customers inside with none wearing masks. I set my bag down at a table and go to order. The employee offers me a mask. I decline. He says I have to. I look around and state that nobody else is wearing one. He says they are sitting down. I asked if the virus only activates while standing and if I should go sit down at my table and order from there. He says no but I have to wear it while walking around. I asked again how this makes sense. Then his manager steps in and says it's their policy. I asked him what deactivates the virus. Is it food and drink and/or sitting down. He said it is their policy. Okay, so I live all the way on the other side of the bridge. We wanted a coffee for the drive home, so we stopped at this location today. Louisiana heat clearly melted the drink, but inside I was caught off guard by the coffee grinds I but thinking they were chocolate chips in my mochasippi. Obviously I didn't see them in the drink before I left because it was blended and not melted yet. I have called a few times since I discovered it in my drink but no one is answering.
