I would give this location 0 stars if I could. We had a problem with our ice cream last week, we get ice cream at cold stone all the time and have never had a problem until then. We are down here from Florida because Irma destroyed our home and took my 14 year old son from us. My wife called to complain about the ice cream on multiple occasions leaving her info for the manager to call her back with absolutely no return call over this last week. She tried calling one more time tonight as we are leaving back east tomorrow and finally got ahold of a manager. The manager was very rude from the get go, Shaylee she said her name was when my wife asked though with the hesitation to give it it is probably fake. She said she would do absolutely nothing to remedy the problem without a receipt, the ice cream and a death certificate for my son.....you would think as bad as Katrina devastated the area down here many years ago people would be more understanding.... this girl wasn't in any way, shape, or form understanding nor did she have 1 iota of knowledge on proper customer service and I know cause I was a customer call center manager down in Florida as well as a pretty well known restaurant critic with over 1 million YouTube followers. I will be contacting corporate HQ for Cold Stone tomorrow. I will never step foot in this location again and I very well may be contacting my attorney to pursue legal action. I highly recommend if in the area and want Cold Stone ice cream...... drive a bit farther to another location otherwise you too may face this immature little girl. Read moreThis was the worst experience I've had at this place. I waited 15-20 mins for my children to get their ice cream. Ary is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my baby's ice cream in a waffle cone in which she gave me a waffle bowl. I asked her if they were out of the cones, she said NO. I explained to her that I had ordered it in a Cone and if she could switch it out because it was easier for my baby to handle it. She told me NO because SHE heard bowl and because my daughter had already touched it she couldn't take it back because of sanitation. I was like can you just give me the cone and I switch it out. She said NO BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO JUST TRY TO GET OVER SO I CAN GET ANOTHER CONE. Now what am I going to do with an extra cone??? I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and said there was nothing she can do that she had a line. Ask if she could give me the store manager or corporate info and proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do that because they were busy and had a line and she needed to take care of them and brushed me off. They do not answer the phone when we wanted to place a custom cake order so we went in to get a cake already made for my sisters birthday. They give you the run around and told us when we came that evening that they couldn’t put “happy birthday tiffany” on the cake already made in the store until the next day because it had to be exactly 24 hours from the time we requested for the words to be put on. The original night we came to place the order, they told us they Could fit everything and made us write down the exactly what we wanted and to pick out the cake. We left and came back and they had nothing on the cake and put it back in the freezer. They made us wait while they put it on the cake in 2 mins and left off the name. Store Manager apologized and told us to email them and we would receive the refund if we sent proof of the order.
