How hard is it to make sandwiches?

I walked up to the counter around 1 on a not particularly busy day. I ordered. The gentleman behind the counter asks me all the details and goes to (I thought) get started on my sandwich. A couple minutes later, a female employee walks up, and re-takes my entire order again. I ordered the chicken pesto. When it came out the other side of the oven, it had no chicken on it. The other employee apologizes, but instead of re-making the sandwich, just brings the chicken from the little water warmer they put it in, and puts it directly on the sandwich without sending it through the oven. I try the chicken, and it's lukewarm. I ask them to please re-make the sandwich, but instead they just send it through the oven again, coming out burnt on the other side. They still try to serve it to me burnt. I asked for my money back and left.

I understand they aren't getting geniuses to work a Quiznos, but this...

I have given Quiznos so much business in the past, and I walked in there today, to ask for a few mayo packets, because I really needed just a little bit of mayo, and the lady was so nasty and heartless to me, saying that if I order a sandwich then she will give me some mayo. The lady was just so nasty, and unprofessional about it too. I have given this business so much business over the years, but never again, after that experience. Such a horrible, un Christian world we live in. What is really upsetting though, is how the lady treated me. Like a was a piece of dirt off of the ground. She could have denied me a little bit of Mayo is a much nicer, and more professional mannor. I only wish I had video of the way she treated me. I will never go back in that place...

If I could give less than one star I would! I ordered a French dip sandwich combo with 2 soups through ubereats. The French dip sandwich did not come with the gravy to dip the sandwich in and they also forgot the chips and drink. So I paid over $30 and did not get half of what I ordered. When I called they said I could go get it. What's the sense in having it delivered if I have to go pick up half the order? Such incompetence is uncalled for. Never again, and I would advise all future customers to think twice before offsetting...
