If you want a plain, old, stale donut, then this location is great. They obviously work on a string-budget.

In my 51 years of being a Dunkin Donut customer, I have NEVER been to ANY establishment that stated, "we don't have those donuts."

Really? Like why not, well the store manager says we don't sell many of those, so we don't make them, but if you have 30 minutes we can make 3 of them.

Really? 30 minutes to drop and stuff 3 donuts?

Really? Well, take them off the menu then and state they are "special order" only.

It's absurd to advertise a product, then attempt to order it, and the store state well, our drive thru is for pickup only.

Really? Why the menu items on the drive thru then?

You mean a glazed boston creme filled donut is "special"?

Really? Absurd attitude for a business to have, you lost a customer, and the community will hear.

Want fresh donuts 24 / 7, go to Walmart across the street, they have any selection, cheaper and 24 / 7.

Good-bye Dunkin, stick to coffee, quit the donut business, you have no idea how to treat customers and have absurd excuses.

I am a daily customer at this location. What sets this store apart from other coffee shops for me is the affordability of the coffee and the kindness of the baristas. The atmosphere isn't amazing, but they do have a nice little dine-in place for studying/schoolwork/etc. If you want a tasty snack, the donuts are always delicious here as well.

Btw, if you come between 1 and 6 pm, medium iced coffee/ large hot coffee is only $2.18. so If you like getting your daily cup of joe, this is THE spot to save money and get a good drink. Like mentioned above, the service here is great as well. Everyone that currently works here is friendly and makes the coffees properly.

I like Dunkin so this is not a low rating to the company overall. My complaint is mostly regarding staff at this Covington location. I do frequent this location. The service at this store has dropped dramatically in recent months. I truly do not intend to offend anyone, but it really is disgusting that staff members are often dirty, hair unbrushed, and look like they just came from an overnight rave. They are usually in conversation with one another and act as though the customer is interrupting them. My food has been handed to me burnt almost every time about the past 4 visits. I assume this is because the staff have been inconvenienced by a customer. Not all staff members are this way and though some seem inconvenienced, some are kind.
