Hooters — Restaurant in Louisiana

Horrible simply horrible service. Upon walking in there were about 5 ladies standing in front close to the entrance. One young lady greeted me and told me I could seat myself. I waited at my table for about 5 minutes and she came back and asked if someone had come to my table. No so she took my drink order. Once she brought me my drink that was it. No one came I went to the bar and placed my order for shrimp tacos. After waiting about 30 minutes I went back to the bar to check on my tacos. I guess they got lost because everyone looked lost and the bartender went into the kitchen and informed me the shrimp were on the grill. I have an hour lunch break I don't have additional time to waste hoping you remember me this time. I told her don't worry about it I'll pay for my soda. The lady at the fountain came and told me not to worry about my soda. I left but not before I noticed some white guys came in considerably after I and was properly seated and order taken and drinks on table waiting for their food. I guess being a black woman on her lunch break was a bad idea going to Hooters. I'll never make that mistake again. Thank goodness Freddy's was next door I had to settle for...

I recently had a fantastic meal at Hooters, and I wanted to share my experience! I ordered the Daytona Wings, and they were absolutely delicious. The wings were perfectly cooked, tossed in a flavorful sauce that offered just the right amount of kick. I appreciated how juicy and tender the chicken was, making every bite a delight.

We went on July 3rd around 9pm. Our waitress was extremely uninterested and unprofessional, laying her arm across the table and resting her head while she took our order. We ordered drinks at 9:15 and was told ‘they’ pick the alcohol up around 9:30-9:45, so we needed to order whatever we planned to drink the entire time we would be there. At 9:45, our drinks hadn’t arrived and we were told the beer we ordered was out of stock and the margarita we ordered was picked up by another waitress and the bar couldn’t make anymore drinks at that time. First of all, what has happened to the standard of service that Hooters used to provide? Secondly, the restaurant was open until 10pm. I don’t care if a patron walks in at 9:59… you serve that guest like anyone else. Finally, the manager could have cared less and made no effort to fix the situation because he would have had to get the alcohol back out and he couldn’t do that. Who does this?! So unprofessional!

Do not recommend. Spend your money down the street at Twin Peaks. Better service, drinks and they get your food correct on...
