Thursday September 11th, 2025. I have already made a complaint to the store manager. The store manager contacted the general manager with about 30 minutes after my complaint. The owner then apparently got involved. So to start? I would like to respectfully show my appreciation for the very fast response to my complaint. With that said this is the incident that occurred. Around 11:30 on Thursday my wife entered the establishment to pick up her Uber eats order. She was on the clock and working. She went to get the order for her customer. As she was reaching for the food items she received comments from one of the current works that made her very uncomfortable. She tried to brush it off but when she turned around? The worker then made another sexually heated comment to her as she was leaving the establishment. She was hit on and sexually harassed by someone that works here. I don't think any woman should have to worry about being sexually harassed and hit on by men working at a place of business. Unfortunately the damage has been done and she really doesn't feel comfortable with this location anymore. Again? I would like to commend the effort of the upper management team for handling this issue with such speed and efficiency. I do also fully intend on bringing awareness to the public so that if this happens again we have full documentation from this point on. If there is anyone else that has experienced sexual harassment at this location I fully encourage you to please speak up. This form of behavior will never be accepted and we must all work together to stop this kind of highly inappropriate behavior from occurring.

Read moreI paid for an item and never received it, then was lied to about how to get a refund. The employees simply did not care about the issue. They told me I had to contact corporate through the app, but corporate told me only the store could process the refund. The employees (same person I spoke to the first call) then told me I had to return to the store, which was not an option as I was already 30 min away driving back to my hometown which is an hour away. Management never called me back, and I still don't have any sort of compensation. To top it off, the sandwich I did get was the worst I have ever had—soggy with barely any meat. I threw it away after two bites. Based on other reviews I've read, it appears this location is known for both poor food quality and customer service. Read moreWe visited this establishment for the first time tonight and it was an amazing experience. First we were assisted by the cashier, Kayden. He was helpful, polite, and extremely kind. He helped with placing my order and was very well mannered. He heard my wife say how much she enjoyed pickles, and the manager, Sandra and he brought her some pickles out of the kindness of their hearts.
As a professional in the field, it is extremely important to us as customers to have this kind of AMAZING customer service. Not only will we be back, but we also signed up for rewards. These two individuals need to be praised for going above and beyond the duties of their jobs to make such great experiences for guests. We appreciate and encourage this.
