UPDATE: Well, I thought I would give them another try. I ordered today for delivery at 12:07. It is now 1:04. I called the store just before 1, because once again they put it to repeat order, could no longer see tracking, and I still don't have my food, he said the driver was out with my order and 3 other orders. It is now 1:10 and they just pulled up. I won't ever be ordering from them again!! Their new motto should be "Freaky SLOW"!!!!

Usually have no issues with this location. Sandwich is usually always fresh, good and arrives in a timely manner, not freaky fast anymore, but normal delivery time. Today I ordered at 1:20p and by 1:50 the order was no longer showing a status, it changed to repeat order. So I called and she told me that he had just gotten back from a bunch of deliveries and was headed my way. It took 35 minutes after I called before it arrived and I am only 5 minutes from the store. I experienced 2 employee errors from one order at this location on 9/29/22. Prior to leaving town for the weekend I ordered on the JJ app. At the drive-thru I told this location that I have a mobile app order for Matthew. I drive away and realized I was handed an order for Matthew J. (not Matthew B.) which was a Club Lulu and not my order of the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch. I called the store and was I told to return for the proper order. I picked up the BBQ Ranch Chicken Club and got back on the road. I soon realized that my Wrap was devoid of ANY chicken. No meat! Also the Guacamole Spread I added for additional cost was not in the wrap. I was on the road for vacation and not returning to this location for a third time in one day. I have ordered delivery from here twice. The first delivery took around 40 minutes. The second time I ordered, I made sure to order ahead knowing they were on the slower side. I had a limited amount of time that I would be home for lunch and figured giving them an hour was more than enough advance notice. I called after not receiving the delivery 45 minutes after the order. They stated it was out for delivery and the delivery driver had two deliveries to make prior to me. After an hour, I called to cancel. I requested a refund and they stated that they would place it back on my card. It has been over a month and I’ve never received the funds nor the food.
