Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

I gave 1 star because that's the lowest I can give! Little Caesars in Metairie Louisiana, on David drive is beyond horrible! The last time I ordered from them, Over 6 months ago, they screwed up my whole order. I swore I'd never go back. Well, I decided to give them another try . I ordered online 1 pizza, breadsticks, chicken wings and a 2 liter Pepsi. It said my order would be ready at 7:40pm. I showed up at 7:50pm. I saw they were out of Pepsi in the cooler. I asked if they had any in the back, they said no. So I told them I wanted a refund on the drink. She said she would have to get the manager. I waited about 15 minutes before she even called the manager. He said he would have to refund the whole order and re-ring it up. OK. I asked him what s taking my order so long . He said it should be ready . I told him that I've been waiting a while and no one checked on it. So he went to the back. Then he came back up front, didn't even attempt to address me about my order. I had to ask him again. Then he said they gave my pizza to someone else by mistake!!! The same thing that happened to me last time!!! Do these people even have a clue???? I told him to forget the whole order! I'll never set foot in a little Caesars again !!

UPDATE: it's been almost 2 years and I decided to Give then a try again hoping they may have corrected their issues... NOT! I placed an order for delivery and after about 45 minutes a driver was supposedly at the store waiting for my order.... he waited so long he left.... 10 minutes later another driver went to pick up the order, he waited for a while also. I finally called the 800 number, they couldn't do anything for me so I told them to cancel my order. After an hour and a half wait, I now have to wait a week before I get my refund! You'd think I would have learned my lesson!! Don't order from this place!!! Ever!!

UPDATE #2: They told me 10-12 days to get my refund... it's the 13th business day and still no refund!! Now they had to escalate it and i have to give it another 10-12 days!! WTH!! I WARN EVERYONE, DO NOT ORDER FROM LIL CAESARS PIZZA, PICK UP OR DELIVERY! YOU WILL BE SORRY! ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON DAVID DRIVE!! This is absolutely the worst experience(s) that I've had with any business, in my entire life!

UPDATE #3: Guess what.... called back again and they told me I have to give them another 12 business days! I think they are hoping that i forget about it! The order was canceled October 27, 2024. Today is November 26, 2024. I want to give up because it's not worth the time that I've had to invest to get my $45 back.... but that's what they want so.... I'm not giving up!

PS... On top of that, after 2 years, no one from lil Caesars has once responded to my review.... 3rd update and no response at all. I'm a business owner and I've responded to 100% of my reviews! Just goes to show you that they don't...

Having worked for the company many years ago I can tell a lot has changed. This location is horrible. The food quality is ok but not even on par with other locations. Called in an order at 8:07 P.M., I was promised the order would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes I told the order taker that I would come to the drive thru for pickup. I arrived at the store at 8:25 P.M. and with no one in line stopped at the speaker, I informed the person on the other end that I was picking up and she said to pull around. I sat at the window with no one coming to collect my payment or acknowledge me for about 5 minutes as the first vehicle pulled in behind me, a few more minutes and now we are at 5 vehicles in line. No one has come to the window to collect payment or even acknowledge that there are cars in line. No one was visible in the building. As the cars behind me began blowing their horns I tried to call the store on the phone, no one answered yet I could hear the phone ringing inside. As I am pulling forward to let one of the cars behind me have enough room to get out of line I hear the window open and someone say "hello?" glancing at the clock I had been at the window for 16 minutes. Backing back to the window I am given my total and hand them the cash. I get my pizzas and have to remind them that there was an order of crazy bread on the ticket. I left the store location at 8:43 P.M.

After getting to the house I find that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly, I had ordered Pineapple and Pepperoni and received Mushrooms and Pineapple. I called the store and was told they could offer a credit or remake the pie. I asked for the remake and left to pick it up, after getting to the store the purported manager Jonisha asks "where da wrong pizza?" I told her it was at home as I was not told they needed it back for the remake. She said it was my proof of purchase and when I offered my receipt as proof of purchase I was told that it wasn't good enough. At this time I asked for the general and district manager phone numbers and was only given the store manager's name. Now I get to eat somewhat warm pizza after it sat on their shelf while they did who knows what during the line wait and again at the house while I waited on them to correct the incorrectly made pizza.

I have called the store twice today to speak with "Jeanette" and have been asked both times to call back in an hour. This store needs new management and employees if it wants to remain...

I grew up in Michigan , little Caesars was some of the best pizza in the world , before they became incorporated and mass produced , but even after they became a national chain they had good pizza it use to be pizza pizza back in the day 2 for 1 pizza prices solidified there companies growth and expansion now a days they offer hot and ready pizzas which are convenient and easy to pick up they may not be the way they once were incredible pizzas back in the day , how ever it is a good deal for a pizza company in these inflated times, if you get then fresh there really good if they have been sitting awhile just like any pizza company they aren't as good cold as they are hot and fresh, but there best Pizza is the pan pan deep dish detroit style pizza , Italian cheese bread , bread sticks , with dipping sauce, the wings are good tasting I wish they had salads though that would be awesome . In reference of the best pizza they ever made was when they still used ovens rolled the dough in store floured the dough and the each pizza was a work of art thd air buble In the crust of the dough some popped some didn't a little scorched spot abd sauce was different better than anything served today but I guess some things weren't included in the deal and the secrets in the sauce that s#?t was so good I can stop dreaming about after 40 years itd like when i went to big boy restaurant. In the . Middle of the us off I 75 they dont have them down here in Louisiana and when I saw one I had to stop they were so good nothing like it in earth , oh I was so excited to have a big boy with the salad bar all you can eat and get the original big boy special sauce known as tomato and spice dressing only to find out they no longer had tomato and spice dressing on the salad bar which was the only reason. I stopped was for that dressing and a big boy sandwich because of its special sauce which I was utterly disappointed to bite into a big boy sandwich and find it jow cane with tartar sauce and that big boy resteraunts no longer served authentic big boys what happened in that deal I heard of so many big boys closing and understand why the whole big boy success story was because of the big boy sandwich which had a secret sauce that didn't come with the company when it sold to who ever to become incorporated i dont know how they screwed up that deal ruining every franchise owners chance at success and ruining an American Icon...
