The service here was horrible. I had never been to this location before. There were no signs, so I wasn't certain that I needed to wait in a certain area to order but I waited anywaya but no one came. Eventually, I proceeded to the next window. On the second window, its states "Order here". I thought I was in the right spot. After I placed my order, the cashier says, "For future references, you have to wait by the drink menu and someone will take your order there." I told her that I waited but no one came or said anything on the intercom so how was I supposed to know? She rolls her eyes after taking my money and walks off. She was so rude that I didn't feel comfortable accepting my order so I decided I wanted a refund. I blew my horn and another employee comes to the window and I let him know that I wanted a refund because the previous cashier was rude and he tells me, "That she wasn't rude and that he heard her". I told him, how are you going to tell me how she made me feel, and how was she not being rude after she rolled her eyes and walked off? Read moreBeen here plenty of times with no problem. Today was different. I usually always get the same thing. Today, I wanted something different, so it took me a little to decide. NO more 5he 30 seconds. Mind you there way no one agree or being me in the drive thru. The worker said the order "when ready", I wasn't ready yet, got loud the 2nd time. I guess she couldn't hear me when I said my order she repeated something different. I pull up to pay, the guy said the price without a greeting, and just proceeds with his personal conversation, with whom ever he's on the phone with. I hand him my card, but tell him I wanted to scan my QR code and yells at me to hold the towards him more. He tells me the price again. I let him know he has my card. He returns my card with the receipt and a straw. I thank him and without acknowledgement, he hands me another straw, and I let him know he already gave me one, so he just proceeds with his personal conversation and closes the window. I'm afraid to even drink my smoothie, I don't know what I'll be bedrinking. Definitely should think about going to another...

I ordered just that then was told they couldn’t do the free smoothie. I explained it was listed in 2 places promoting it and asked for the manager. The girl at the window went to get manager and instead of her coming to the window she yelled to the employee “Tell her I’m not honoring it!” Poorly handled, terrible customer service by the manager and left frustrated at the experience. I’m at this location several times a month and will not be back. I’ve tried to get resolution before posting this but not a single call...
