McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisiana

First off the review ratings are wrong. 90% of the reviews are all negative.... get it right and stop false advertising. I never have a good experience here. I repeated my order 5 times or so and everything was still wrong. How on earth do you serve a customer an ice cold burger. I got a big Mac "fully dressed" that means lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and whatever else comes with it. How do you hire people that don't listen and literally asked me "you want everything that's already on it"? IRRELEVANT QUESTION. DUH you just add what's not on it. For centuries when someone says fully dressed that means lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.... and still got it wrong and served me a cold burger, fries were hot and salted but way to soggy. I asked for a #3 and #1 large with #3 being meat and cheese only add cheese and #1 as said above made large... with a Dr Pepper and Coke. These inexperienced fools gave me a medium dr pepper and a large dr pepper. Where did you hear medium dr pepper? So they gave me a new large drink... but ANOTHER DR PEPPER, FKN SERIOUSLY? 3 Dr peppers. Also how are you open still if you said the location will be going under maintenance for 2 weeks soon? Ceiling tiles missing, ac duct and wiring exposed with no tarp covering the space between the kitchen and lobby so no debris goes into the kitchen. The smallest amount of anything can float into someone's food and kill them. You need new management and new staff if they can't listen and take orders correctly. I'm disgusted 100% and will NEVER eat at that...

After ordering my food I was told to park in number one waiting spot, 15 minutes went by as did the next 3 customers before the girl bringing the food out came over and said what did you order? And then she brings me back the wrong food, she asked me again what I ordered and I told her. Well she brings me the biscuit and says did you have the meal? cuz they said you didn't order a meal, so I gave her my receipt, she said oh u did have a meal. I told her I've been here 25 minutes already, to which she replied "that's on them , not me" she then walked away mumbling with my receipt. She brings me my hash brown and doesn't bring me my receipt back, and at this point I've been there 30 minutes and she says I'll bring you your receipt right back. 10 minutes later I walk in the building and she's running the register and sees me and says "oh Lord" with an attitude, and then says the manager is going to help you after after another five minutes of ignoring me. And then the manager hands over a receipt from somebody else that's not even my receipt, and she rolls her eyes as she hands it to me and doesn't even apologize for me being at the store for 45 minutes just to get a biscuit! I won't be returning to this store, and the food was cold! I'm not the type of person who is easily aggravated and normally if I write a review it's good. But a cold, limp, soggy with grease hash brown is inedible and the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin I ordered didn't even...

This place is a train wreck of service. I workout at Planet Fitness 5 days a week and there normally are a few homeless people waiting near the intersection when I'm leaving. So I'll go to this McDonald's location since it's convenient (right on the other side of the parking lot) to buy them food. In the past 3 months, I've gone here 18 times and on only 3 occasions was I able to make my order at the drive-thru, drive up to the window, get the order and leave. Normally, it's wait, wait, wait. And I've never made extravagant orders; normally only cheeseburgers, fries, and bottles of water. Their core competency (supposedly) food. Timing doesn't appear to matter, either. Granted, on some occasions it's near 1:00-1:30, but it can be any time of the day and there is always a wait. Today, I ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 bottles of water for two homeless individuals and I waited by the door (per the instructions given by the person at the pickup window) and after 20 minutes, I left. I have no doubt that the only reason this place survives is because of its location.
