They told me my order was paid for… didn’t remember one way or the other so I just trusted it. Then after I was down the road I get a call asking to come back and pay a partial amount. After I get there and have to wait in the line (I should’ve been called to the front as I had already been there once and it was their mistake) also I was being an honest person and coming back… I easily could’ve ignored the phone call and gone about my day. But I get there and have to deal with annoying service and bring my ham back in. Then after they said I just owed a partial amount it ended up being $150 (the cost of what they gave me) but that’s insane because I reserved an $80 ham. I would have had the chance to notice the price difference and say something but when I came in the first time to get it she said it was paid for. So I had no way of knowing the ham I got was twice as expensive as what I wanted. Anyway. Practically had to drag an apology out of them and wasted 30 minutes of my day all because I decided to do the right thing and go back… should’ve...

I called The HoneyBaked Ham Company MONDAY & and specifically asked if I could come in and pick up two boneless turkeys. I proceeded to ask so I come today they said I don't know, we'll have many left over for you to get. HERE on Wednesday AFTER i waited in the RAIN with many OTHERS informed me that I could not have one because they were all reserved!! I understand we're in a pandemic HoneyBaked Ham Company, but we DEPEND on you to feed us Thanksgiving and now my family doesn't have a turkey because you let me down... I will never come back to your store ever again I am so disappointed and disgusted with...

Not only is it super expensive ( over $100 for half a ham with bone ), there is not even real honey in the glaze. It’s full of artificial ingredients It made all of us sick since we don’t use MSG in our cooking.
