I wish i could give 0 stars. Ive been here multiple times with great experiences. Today was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We were seated at a hibachi table right away with no wait since it's a Wednesday evening. We shared a table with a family of about 5 or 6 people seated on the opposite side. A waitress came to take our drink order. She was very abrupt and rude. I asked for a sweet tea. When I got it the tea tasted old and sour. I waited for the waitress to come back around to ask for something else. I finally caught her attention and asked for a soda instead. She nodded with no verbal response. As we are sitting at our table 2 employees are speaking to the family at the other end. From what i could gather, the restaurant had a limited amount of steak and the employees were telling them they didn't have enough. That would be fine except for the fact that we sat down after that family, all of us ordered steak and we were not told we couldn't have steak. That family left shortly after. During this i still haven't gotten my soda. I asked the waitress again. She finally brings me a drink, shoving it at me and narrowly misses knocking my son in the head. At this point we have been there over 30 min. The only time a waitress acknowledged our presence was when i went out of my way to ask for a new drink. Another couple is seated at the other end of the table where the family had been. They weren't there long before they left as well. At this point we've been here nearly an hour, no service and dirty dishes on our table. A spider crawls up my arm. Now i understand that we have very little control over nature. But this was my last straw. I couldn't find our waitress (big shocker) so i asked another employee for the check. He said he didn't have control over it but would get our waitress. Finally a woman comes over. She asks why I'm leaving. I explained we had received poor service. I could see she had my check so I tried to give her my card. She wouldn't take it. I asked her if she could please just run my card. She refused and instead raised her voice at me. Asking why i was leaving. I repeated that we had received poor service and told her about the bug. She insisted on knowing what kind of bug. All of this with her voice raised. I'm asking her to run my card. Then she asks if all we had received was soup and drinks. I said yes and she told me to go. Yes, she told me to go. It was embarrassing and rude. I'm trying to be discreet and she's yelling at me. So please...

Oct 25,2020 Carpet stinks in sushi dining area. Under construction. No prices on main menu. Requested prices never came. Ordered 117 roll. Delicious. No price. Requested price for plate of rice, waitress said $8 but $12.50 showed on receipt with no meats.

Cheapest rolls on sushi menu $6 for small portions.

Drinks 1 tea + 1 sprite.

Total for 1 adult + 1 child $47!

Awesome time as always and the chef was so entertaining!!!!! It is pretty dark and gloomy, needs some soft asian music in the background but the show is always great. Social distancing at the table. They have reduced the amount of food served, less rice and meats. I use to take a To Go box home but now left still a bit hungry and prices still high like $30+ per person so remember its all about the show. ........... AWESONE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Day:. What an amazing experience. Tokeyo was so entertaining and Mike was so personable and engaging. The food portions we're bountiful. My MahTai was perfect. The wait staff was prompt and attentive. I've been to this location before and I can't say enough how great our experience was and I review allot and very conservatively. We have tons of pics and videos. It couldn't have been better. The food tasted so yummy and we all took home doggy boxes. Wow! If I win the big Powerball I told Tokeyo he will be my live in chef. My son loved him throwing egg in his mouth even though he didn't catch one piece Tokeyo kept trying. Worth the money. Thank you staff for great memories. It was a 5-star experience. I mainly come for the food due to the large portions. After reading one horrible review after another, and the fact they have no liquor license. i am suprised they are still open. I asked for steak and soba noodles and rice but no veggies. A few minutes later, the waiter came and told me they only had one steak left and that I had to get a combo dinner. Ok fine, so i got steak and shrimp. Well the chef who calls himself “Tokyo” (Sunny) is apparently his real name came and just started cooking the food. Every other time I have been, other chefs had double checked everything was correct with what they ordered then started cooking. He did not. So after everything was cooked, except my soba, I asked about it and he looked at me as though I was speaking greek and continued to clean the grill. So I asked another worker and told him that he never cooked my soba noodles. He went in the back to cook them and the chef who was supposed to came to tell me” if you saw me cleaning the grill, why didn’t you say you didn’t get your soba before that?” Really? i did say something and you looked at me like you had no idea what I was talking about. He said, no you never said anything and started to argue with me. I told him, don’t argue with me, just go get them. He walked off like it was no big deal. So i asked for a refill and they said they ran out of coke and asked me what else I wanted. Sprite, so after all was said and done, i got charged the combo dinner and of course extra for the noodles which should have been on them. Haha yea right I told them out of all the times I have come, this was by far the worst service ever. So its my fault you ran low on steak an out of coke? Yea, ok ,whatever.
