reasonable value (price:quality+portion). very affordable; can get a filling meal with just $10-15!! meats are well done and juicy, and broths taste rich and healthy with what appears to be something ginger-like. some of the best pho on the northshore. id come here every time I'm in the area for them! spring rolls and egg rolls are pretty average

portions can be on the smaller side for the prices in this area: the bowl for dine in is smaller and takeout barely gives you any noodles. about 1/3 of the container I was given for takeout was empty because the little vegs provided had spilled over into the noodles section. still a decent portion though! just the right amount for one meal; nothing more, nothing less

friendly service although they did rush a bit to give us the check. spacious and cute...

I hit up Pho Saigon in Covington, LA, and dove into their menu item #18—Rare Steak, Brisket, and Tendon Pho—like it was my job. This bowl is a beefy masterpiece, with a broth so rich it could star in its own foodie biopic. The rare steak was tender enough to write poetry, the brisket basically dissolved on my tongue, and the tendon? A chewy little plot twist that screamed, “You’re bold, and I’m here for it!” Paired it with their Vietnamese iced coffee, and holy beans, Batman—this stuff is like a caffeinated karate kick. Silky, sweet condensed milk meets bold coffee in a glass that’s basically liquid swagger. My only gripe? I’m now spoiled for life, and my shirt smells like I rolled in herbs and caffeine. Five stars—Pho Saigon, you’re my...

I ordered the pork and rice #36 and guest ordered the #14 soup. The meat was very veins and lots of fat. Looked and tasted like no pork I've ever eaten. Also very small portion size. The rice and cold salad was nice. The soup was not as good as x other PhOs. We also had the summer shrimp rolls which surprisingly were better than other restaurants because their shrimps were cooked, seasoned well and warm at the table. They were the best part of the meal. The bill came to $40+ tax. Not worth the price tag but convenient. Also, they only had 1 cook and 1 lady on the floor doing the greeting, waiting tables, working the cash register and cleaning up so don't go if...

This was our first visit and we were both impressed. We started with the summer rolls with grilled shrimp and the pork buns. I got a hot tea and my friend got a Vietnamese iced coffee. The presentation was authentic. For our entrees we tried the pork bahn mi, and I got the #23 pho. With lemongrass broth and brisket with vermicelli noodles. The bread on the bahn mi was delightfully light and crispy, not chewy or stale like some other places. The broth was not super rich as I normally like, but it was light and refreshing with a little spice to it. All around a delicious meal, and we will gladly return again soon.

Excellent as always. I usually go with #15, pho with rare steak. The broth is fragrant and delicious! Herbs are always fresh. This is one of if not my all time favorite spot for pho. UPDATE: One year later, and I still visit every single time I'm in town. Can confirm that the quality is consistent. This remains my favorite Pho spot within an hour's drive of New Orleans. Update 2: Months after that, we're still going back. Staff are so friendly but don't 'bug' customers. Our server even remembered our usual order!
