Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisiana

This location is useless. Everytime I go there you have to wait like 5 mins for them to take your order while waiting at the intercom. Also, they wait until the person ahead of you order is completely done before they ask you for your order inspite of them having a lot workers . It can take up to 30min to order and receive food. The workers have bad attitudes and they also try to tell everyone waiting on food to pull up which causes bad traffic. I placed 2 orders for myself and my child and they somehow managed to mess up orders of chicken nuggets and that was last week. Yesterday I attempted to go back and they had the nerve to say they system was down and not taking orders . I'm writing this review because everytime I go this location there's always a problem and horrible attitudes and non existent services. Something needs to be done about...

Ridiculous it was raining I went to the drive thru and the cover wasn't helping so I was like ight let's go to the window and order right. Ok so I get there and then sum girl opened and slammed the window in my face and as like huh then another lady came and I asked if the manager was there she was all like I am the manager so I was like I'm trying not to get wet I just wanna order some food right and she was all like we can't take your order at the window it's easier. They're still gonna paid the same amount even if I order at the window so I dont see the problem and there was no one behind me so they perfectly could've taken my order and I would've been eating and this complaint wouldve never been filed you know. No respect whatsoever towards people and have no logic...

Just waited in the line for over 20 minutes for one sandwich so I went inside to see what was the holdup since there was hardly anyone ordering. Once inside several shady characters were at the counter with 20+ Gucci bags spread out on the counter while the employees were checking out their merchandise. When I asked about my order they were dumbfounded as to why I was asking. You would think they would have scooped them up and attempted to hide their actions. The ladies at the counter made no attempt to stop and help me, a woman from the back came and took my order and made it happen. While I waited the gals behind the counter continued to try out the bags and inquire about them. When did Wendy’s become a Saks Fifth Avenue? I was Completely shocked...
