Whataburger — Restaurant in Louisiana

When we travel to from New Orleans to Houston. We always make a Whataburger stop on the way. We had a bad experience 3 years ago, but we decide to give them another go. We did delete that review as this time going is life changing. We had 2 mins to this location and decided since we had 2 little ones to go ahead and order on the app for convenience. We made the law order via app and automatically selected the address closest. Parked at #3 and waited 30 minutes food came out. Went inside and the girl that had on a black shirt that helped is said the app was order to a different location in Baton Rouge. Since we was already rushed to get to Houston. There was no way we could drive to the next location 15 mins away and going in the complete direction. The app made a mess up on location. Anyways girl immediately took action. Called the other Whataburger telling them cancel that order no needing to explain she would take care of it. She then glance at the complicated food order on my app and rung it up. Like she has photographing memory off of that 1 second glance. She was so caring, helping, that I was mind blowed how she handle the order. She expressed without words that we was going to get our order without being angry even though there was a mix with the app. This girl really care people and how here work isn't just work. We need more people like this in this world. She needs a raise for the level of patience and not being negative about the situation. The food came out hot and fresh and everything order was perfect. The level of service I received is like top notch. Made our trip pleasing and will return everytime we go through to go to...

I have gone here multiple times never had a problem. The last 2 times I have gone I have been so disappointed. I went one night and ordered a bacon and cheese burger (number 5) I asked for no mustered, ketchup and mayo on the side. I get home and see that there is ONLY meat and cheese on the burger. I call and she tries to tell me that she heard the order and that I said I wanted it dry and I was like I don’t even know what dry means, I asked for my mayo and ketchup on the side and she’s like ohh maybe it was someone behind you that ordered that (there was nobody in like the entire 15 minutes we waited for our food). I go today (rush hour so I understand mistakes can and will happen. I order the same burger with no mustard (I didn’t even worry about the ketchup and mayo bc I didn’t want any confusion) I also ordered a chocolate malt. I check my sand which this time to for the lettuce, tomato and onions that they forgot last time and I see a little lettuce and tomato hanging off and I’m like okay great. We pull away and I look at my malt and it looks like it’s chocolate milk (you can’t tell me they didn’t see this while pouring it) then I get home and take a bite of my burger and it has not only a little mustered but at least half the bottle on this burger. I understand mistakes happen I do. But when it’s been the last couple times I’ve gone and then when I call for them to be so rude. This isn’t okay and I will not be going here again....

We decided to have a large party to celebrate the launch of the new Nintendo console. We had an absolutely absurd order at 3 am that involved more than 10 burgers, fries, shakes, salads, biscuits and gravy,pancakes and bacon,honey butter biscuits, breakfast burgers,and even a chicken sandwich. This store is more than 17 minutes away and I cannot stress enough how above and beyond the entire staff of this location provided the absolute best fast food delivery experience I've ever seen. They even provided a free, absolutely beautiful and durable canvas reusable bag and the condiments were fresh and separated so it turned out to be more like a delivery diy impromptu burger bar, which when you think about it is a beautiful business model concept. I think it was very unfair to ask so much of the staff so early in the morning but once everything showed up beautifully packaged and the shakes were still thick and cold I had to call them and thank them personally. This is absolutely my favorite burger place from now on. Everything is delicious and absolutely nothing was wrong, I can't think of a single time I've ever used doordash and received not only 100% of my order, but it was completely flawless with so many complicated requests to manage. Thank you Whataburger for going so hard on customer service at such an inconvenient time in the morning, you made this an unforgettable experience...
