Had the steak tery b4 and cheaper meat and not much of it. But today i actually walked out. The guy thought i was rude to him and said he did not have to take my order so i said fine and left. First issue, they ask if i want the vegetables??? I said arenāt i paying for the vegetables? He says no they are free??? I said no place gives anything for free. Likely i am paying for the veggies and you are asking if I would like to give this business free money by my possibly foregoing the veg.Then the part that took us to a place of non repair, was i asked for a chicken bowl then proceeded to give the order for a second bowl. He said oh so you want the second item instead of the first. I said brother, read the coupon, it says buy one get one free. He said he does not have to read the coupon and I could see his face was seering a bit. When he refused to read the coupon, I got kinda rude, yes. The cashier (honestly the highlight of the experience) apologetically said sheād be with me in a moment. She took my order and I stood aside. After a moment another person came in and one of the people at the table jumped out their seat and started asking her how he could help, etc. Ok, I thought, maybe their break just ended and heās providing great customer service. Two more people come after me, and weāve all ordered similar things. The owner Seth Gaudin stared at me the entire time I was Iām there as if he had an issue with my presence and then he ignored that my food was ready intentionally eyeing the food and then eyeing me and then acknowledges the man instead of simply bagging my order which been up there for like 5 minutes. I donāt know what his issue was with me but it was clear he didnāt want to serve me. Why eat from a place like this? Its bad enough I was overcharged because I made a change to my order.
