I am dasher and I really needed to use the restroom. Their facility had a code that you had to put into the door and I asked nicely the first time for the code and I was told I needed to purchase something in order to use the bathroom. I was in dire need and almost in tears. I'm not sure if this is illegal for them to do, but I bet I be checking this out. And I have! I was nice the first two times I asked for the code and was denied. I feel that with me working doordash, they should have provided the code. With that being said, they are a public facility and they offer a service to the public which should allow the public use ot the restroom! Kentucky State law considers each business a private entity and they are not liable for not providing a restroom to the public, but again it violates federal regulations on public entities. Sounds like a rights violation to me!! IT VIOLATES THE "PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT" ! AND I AM A DISABLED VETERAN WITH MANY DISABILITIES THAT CANNOT Be SEEN! MY OPINION-The public should not have to purchase something in order to use the restroom! I understand there is a problem with the homeless community, blah blah blah, but when you have somebody who is VISIBLY IN DISTRESS! They should be allowed to use the bathroom no questions asked! Laws in Kentucky are not aligning with Federal provisions and I plan to see what can be done to change this! There are 28 states that cannot deny public access to restroom facilities PROVIDED BY PUBLIC ENTITIES LIKE RESTAURANTS because they do not want to be in violation of the "PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT" and I BELIEVE that Kentucky should follow suit because this is not only a VIOLATION OF HIPAA if you have to provide proof to use the facilities, but it is also a violation of a person's individual privacy! You have lost a customer for life. I WILL NOT FREQUENT ANY ARBY'S EVER AGAIN because of this, nor will I deliver another order from your restaurants ever! The absurdity of this is beyond all...

Read moreImagine with me for a moment going to a restaurant and ordering three sandwiches and four fries and not receiving a single correct order not even a single fry was correct. We ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato or lettuce; we received a sandwich with no chicken but lettuce tomato and enough honey mustard to make the sandwich weigh more than a sandwich with a chicken Pattie, this is not an exaggeration. They also made a second of this type of sandwich, although the sandwich it was supposed to be was a chicken sandwich plain. It had lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, and also had so much honey mustard that it was just a puddle on the plastic, before even opening the sandwich. This wasn't just a simple mess up, or mistake that was understandable, it was plain unacceptable. And I'm saying this without ever making a negative review. If by some rare chance you look at this before going and are not just sharing in my poor experience, do...
