The cookie was good but the customer service rep was not. After taking my order, the order pad was flipped around for a tip. Okay, so I put a tip on the pad and paid for my order. I asked for my receipt and was told that my receipt was sent to my email. I repeated my request for a paper receipt. The manager was asked to come over to give me a receipt, which he did. I asked for my cookie and was told I would have to wait for someone else to package my cookie and give it to me.
