I have paid 4 visits to Jaggers so far in 2023. Each visit was a good experience. If you are in the mood for some quick, American-style fast food and don't mind paying a slight premium for having fewer suspect ingredients than you would typically encounter at a competitor, Jaggers might be for you.
Combining the best from all my orders, I would recommend the Crazy Good Cheeseburger with Tater Tots and a Strawberry Shake for your first order.
I can't really comment on the atmosphere as I've never felt compelled to dine inside but parking seems adequate for the restaurant's footprint and the drive-through has two lanes that move at a reasonable pace throughout the day. The staff is always friendly and have never committed a single order error for my visits, which nowadays should not be taken for granted.
The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 are because I've had to pull over once or twice due to staff overlooking order queues from the mobile app, which strangely requires receipt scanning, which is a very outdated approach and usually gets undermined by staff who are inconsistent about leaving the receipt in the bag — not to mention that ingredient-conscious clientele may wish to minimize contact with thermal tape.
Regardless, I can definitely see myself paying another visit or two to Jaggers before their debut calendar year comes to a close, so I encourage you to try Jaggers if you have not...
Read moreAn unsuspecting Gavyn rode down the road with his parents. After doing some shopping, all three of them were famished. Suddenly, Dad says, "we could try Jaggers." And Mom answered, "I'm up to trying it!" Gavyn gave his agreeance, and they drove across the street and went to Jaggers. Going in, it seemed like your average American restaurant. Gavyn decided it reminded him of a Slim Chickens, but with burgers. While Mom went to wash her hands, Dad got the app for a free entrée, and Gavyn looked over the menu, and noticed the very fair prices. Mom came and looked over the menu, and dad followed suit. Soon after, the staff took the order for the three, and they went to sit in the corner booth. Gavyn then decided to go use the bathroom, and as he got back, the food was already there. "Voilà!" Gavyn exclaimed at the sight. After they prayed, they began eating. Mom really liked the mushroom burger, and dad indulged in the bacon cheeseburger, while Gavyn got his classic, chicken tenders with fries. Everyone agreed the food was delicious. Once they were done, it was time to leave. As they left, the family saw their sanitation and inspection score. 100. Gavyn then said, after a thought, "Jaggers, you deserved both that 100, and the 5-star review I'll write for you." In the end, we get...
Read moreWe love Jagger's! The food is exceptional and pricing is on par or lower than McDonald's/Wendy's/Sonic and the food is more high tier than those types of fast food restaurants. Their burgers are so good - they are "sit down restaurant" quality! They have really good shakes - they are super thick, so they give you an extra wide straw. Their shoestring fries are fresh, crispy, and flavorful. Their salads are better than I've had at even expensive restaurants with generous portions, no skimping on the good stuff (good dressing, fresh vegetables with not a wilty piece of lettuce to date on the many trips we've made so far). Try the Blue burger salad with crispy onions! So yummy! It's affordable, it's surprisingly "fast food," with drive-in, quick stop dine-in, but higher quality. The dining room at the Westport Rd location is a bit smaller than I had anticipated, but I think that is due to investing in a huge kitchen with double drive thru lanes akin to Chick-fil-A style ordering. I can get on board with that if that means the food comes out like it does here! Just beware in case you come and it's busy - dine in seating will fill up fast. 10/10 for overall eatery...
