Our experience at Chipotle was nothing short of a nightmare. After years of trying fast food from various chains, this is the first time we've ever had such a severe reaction. My husband and I were left with upset stomachs and extreme fatigue due to relentless diarrhea. The taste? Completely average at best.
We ordered a chicken burrito, but what we received was a disgrace—barely any chicken at all. The burrito was stuffed mostly with rice, beans, leaves, and tomatoes. If you're going to skimp on the protein, then lower the price. Charging over $10 for a meal that's essentially filler is outrageous and feels like a scam.
I want to make it clear that this isn't a reflection on the hardworking servers. They're doing their best, especially given that many of them are likely juggling this job with school. They deserve five stars for their efforts, but the food and pricing are in desperate need of improvement. This kind of experience is unacceptable,...
Read moreWorst chipotle experience. Went to chipotle for dinner at 8pm, it was empty, but you’d think we hit the lunch rush. The worker seemed like he was on a stimulant or something; he cut off another worker from helping us and then sent her to the back. I ordered a bowl, and my friend a quesadilla. Firstly all the portions were excessively small (like half scoops and a sprinkle of lettuce) the barbacoa and beans were immediately thrown into the bowl, leaving a rice like soup and the cardboard soaked through by the end of the 5 min ride home. When I asked for mild salsa and I got a large portion of medium heat… I felt uncomfortable correcting him. My friend asked for sour cream, salsa and queso for his sides…he received a sour cream and queso mix? And no salsa We didn’t want to interact with the worker any longer and felt very rushed, so didn’t get any sides or drinks. The quesadilla lid wasn’t even on before the guy pushed the...
Read moreI just had the WORST conversation with the Chipotle on-duty manager in this store. We ordered food for 10 people through DoorDash but one person's food didn't get delivered. I called the store and the manager literally said there is NOTHING he can do or will do, I have to contact Doodash. First of all, the food came in without names but numbers, and because they didn't give us the correct amount of the food, we had to look at the ingredients to identify the person's order. How convenient is that? Second, what service industry has that attitude? Blaming everything to Doordash? You didn't prepare the right number of food and didn't write the correct numbers on the food container, so you can blame me because I ordered from Doordash? Also, lots of people ordered vinaigrette salad dressing, but never received either. I am okay with the food never got made, but the attitude from the manager stops me and my company from...
