Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

This location is perfectly fine. My only problem is seeing these other people on here complaining when I'm going to order my pizza. So we're gonna do something a lil bit different here and have some customer reviews to sort a couple of these people out.

Alberto Perez - You can literally customize the pizza any way you want. If you're trying to do something outside of those parameters, you're doing too much. Talk about first world problems... If you want extra hot sauce use the bottle in your cabinet. Pizza Hut? Good luck with that one... and stop pampering your son, he'll grow up to be a feminist.

Francesco Parrino - Have you ever considered that you might live somewhere stupid? Maybe try being proactive - figure out what the problem is and provide some useful directions. After multiple failed delivery attempts, you should stop being lazy and just go pick it up yourself. The Carry-Out deals are phenomenal. Also, why are you calling them? It's 2023... order online... no one is trying to...

Placed an order online. Went to the store to pick it up at the pickup window. Some older gentleman with glasses opened the glass window and said nothing... I told him my last name and handed him a $100 dollar bill. He immediately said “Can’t break it”....and shut the glass window in my face. I’ve ordered at least 30 times from this location....never again. I’ve managed pizza places as well as other restaurants. Never would I let a customer not take the food they ordered because we as a business can’t break a bill. That’s their fault.... plus that pizza is going to either be eaten by employees or thrown away. Horrible decision and training. They lost a very loyal customer that lives a block away. Old school New York pizza 3 miles away will now get 100% of my business. Try it people... best pizza on the east...

I eat out quite a bit, especially this last year, so it isn’t to hard to compare the service customers get from these establishments...and I’ve gotta tell ya, this Dominos beats them all!! They’re just really great. They’ve made good on requests that aren’t so common, they’re ALWAYS welcoming and as cordial as a person could be. I’ve embarrassingly placed orders one minute before they close up shop and they took those orders no different than they would’ve n the middle of the day. Orders have never been wrong and the overall experience with them just can’t be beat. The customer service they offer makes the meals you get just that much better.
