Fiesta Time Amigos — Restaurant in Louisville

I’m so glad they brought a fiesta time location to the community! This new location is packed with huge tv’s, a large bar, and a nice patio. Came here for lunch and as always had a great time.

I ordered the lunch burrito la roqueta, a bourbon margarita, and of course the bottomless chips and salsa which I ate too much of. Burrito had delicious pork carnitas and grilled onion inside, and was topped with burrito salsa and queso. The bourbon margarita might be my new favorite margarita here at Fiesta Time - I’ve never had anything like it before and honestly it might be their most underrated drink. Also had their frozen strawberry margarita which was excellent.

My waiter was super nice, and the manager on-duty, Emanuel was very attentive and made sure everyone was having a great experience.

Tonight was our first time visiting FTA and what a great experience we had! We really wanted to sit outside since it was so warm even though there was likely going to be rain in the next hour. We explained we just wanted drinks and some dessert and the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. They also brought out complimentary (warm) chips with salsa. Chips were perfect and not too salty. My margarita was BIG and well made. Not too sweet. And the desserts were massive and loaded with ice cream. Our favorite were the jelly stuffed churros. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were also great with the kids and goofed around with them and made them feel welcome and noticed. It was a great evening. Mexican dishes, full menu, kind and attentive service, full-service bar and patio dining, sidewalk accessibility, smoking area, large indoor tables with flat screen TV's on every major channel, what more can I say! My family loves it, especially my late grand dad; when he was around to enjoy it, my family made the effort to give him; (a retired veteran and leader in not-for-profit business and charity and church/faith) great experiences here and he spoke so highly of it despite his disabilities in old age that would've otherwise made him so wary.
