I went to this place on Sunday August 11th sometime between 3:30 pm and 4:30pm. I had just got off work from working 16 hours. I got in drive thru and ordered my food. I normally go to this location at least once a week and I order the same thing every single time. So I know what the food is supposed to look like. At the drive thru window was a heavy set Caucasian female that I have never seen there before. I guess she was new. She told me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. While I was sitting there a thin Caucasian male that worked there brought food out to the car that was in front of me. I have never seen him there before so I'm guessing he was new too. He told me to pull forward after the other car left and he kept staring at me. I was in my uniform. I'm a officer. That right there was a red flag to me. Then I seen their supervisor walk outside as they was fixing my food. When that happened I pretty much knew that they was going to do something to my food. After I got my food I drove off and went home. I looked at my food and my food looked strange. I get the some thing every single week but this time everything looked different. My strawberry cheesecake was surrounded by a whole lot of spit. If you are the owners of that store then you need to check the cameras between 3:30 and 4:30pm and you will see them messing with my food before they brought it out to me. I was too tired to bring the food back and get a refund. I just threw the food away. I don't advise anyone that works in Law Enforcement to go through the drive thru. Go inside where you can watch them make your food. I don't think I will be eating there ever again. There's some sick people that work there now. Those people need to...
Read moreBreadsticks were terrible. Hard as a rock and cold. One of the employees Ashley was rude as heck. When we got there as we were standing getting ready to order she came out from the back and made a comment she said out loud oh no and gave us the evil eye. For some strange reason every time we go there she does the same thing to us and don't know why. The only way I can think is that we are full of the light and she can't stand it. Those are not welcoming words when you come into an establishment to get something to eat. From that moment I lost my appetite me and my sister both. It took us forever to get ahold of the manager. His name was Bryan. He didn't do a single thing about it. We told Bryan what she did when she came out the back of the kitchen. Mummered the words oh my God loud enough to where I heard her. I know it's on surveillance camera. It was around 3: 15 when we got there. I believe Ashley was extremely rude anyone that can't control their attitude does not have no reason to work. She doesn't want to do anything to clean tables or anything always bickers. I'm definitely going to report it to corporate demanding our money back. I think both managers both need experience how to treat their customers. Because it was very poor. Me and my sister we're not welcomed in a polite way. I will never eat here again. They just lost a customer for life. I added a couple of photos showing how dirty the...
Read moreLet's see, arrived about 8:30 on a Monday night. Had to wait in line 10 minutes just to order because the manager was too busy having a personal conversation. Ordered 3 meals, 2 of those with salads, 3 drinks, and 3 cheesecakes. Was given our cups and number and told they would bring it out to us. About 15 minutes later the girl brings our meals, 1 salad (no dressing and salad was just the lettuce. No tomatoes, onions, or cheese), no cheesecake, no breadsticks. I remind her of the dressing, other salad, cheesecakes, and breadsticks. 5 minutes later..... nothing. I get up to find out what is going on and she starts walking towards me with another salad (fully made this time) and the dressings. Still no breadsticks, still no cheesecakes. I say something, again, and she walks off. About 10 minutes after that she walks by and just sits the cheesecakes on the table and hurries away. No, "I'll be back with breadsticks". No, "Sorry about the wait." Nothing. I finally send my son (15) up to the counter to ask about breadsticks and he was told "I'll bring them to you". She finally did bring them, after we were finished with our mesl, and they were cold and hard. Needless to say, we...
