Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Louisville

last evening on July 28, we ordered carryout totaling almost $55. We have ordered here before and been satisfied. Last night, our Teriyaki chicken was so over cooked it was like biting into jerky meat/ so tough and literarily could not hardly bite through it. Then the broccoli , was fresh so fresh that it wasn't even cooked but put in the skillet raw and it remained raw. this is ridiculous. Our Crab Rangoon appetizers were fried extremely hard as well. Lo Mein noodles were fine . Not pleased at all with the quality I received. I will go elsewhere and I could take the remaining food back to show them but what's the point? I don't want more to eat a second day in a row. They will NEVER refund you. I am sure of that. It was AWFUL. I'm a Chinese, Korean, Asian, etc food addict. This was the best food I've ate ever. I ordered Kung po shrimp with white steamed rice, order cran Rangoon, and fried wonton. My old man order sweet n sour chicken. He liked his food alot. But, with me, best shrimp kung po shrimp I've ever ate in my life. We Gave generous tip cuz the food was amazing. Recommended for sure to all that likes this kind of food. Crab Rangoon is a appetizer to order everytime, u won't be sorry. Usually I order this appetizer everywhere available but the taste of them here is " JUST PERFECT " and not so overwhelmed taste of straight cream cheese, like most places. Doing a delivery with UberEats. When I walked in waited about 5 mins before anyone came to counter. Turns out the man sitting at the table on his phone scrolling through whatever was an employee. After about 5 mins finally walked up and ask me what I needed. Told him I was with UberEats and was very rude stating I needed to stand where Uber delivery picks up food, which is literally the end of the counter.( counter isn’t that big). Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant, so I wasn’t holding up the line. Very disappointing, also mold in bathroom and all around rim of floors, really need to do an inspection of this place.
