Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

I was going to do a survey & be discrete but it requires the store number & I cannot find it on the receipt or online. A few months ago my husband & I got food poisoning from this Taco Bell. I know it wasn’t a stomach bug because thankfully my son didn’t want to eat, he didn’t get sick. I was so thankful because it was awful. I went to the store & told them & they said thank you for telling them but no apology. Tonight they forgot my 2 hard tacos. When I went back to have them make them they didn’t put lettuce on them, I said regular hard tacos.. they also didn’t put hardly any meat & cheese in them.. I also saw a cell phone on the food prep station. They were not using that side, but that still is not appropriate.. management needs to really buckle down & make sure employees are checking food times (how long food is sitting out before being replaced with fresh), the drive through employees are suppose to count the food items (I used to work Taco Bell drive thru, I know), they need to ensure adequate amount of product is on every food item. I know it’s Taco Bell and you can’t expect much, but this place seems to go above and beyond to do everything wrong. We have gone probably 4 times total and EACH time something was wrong or missing or the customer service was beyond awful. Today our nachos were dumped (I’m sure purposely) upside down in our bag. When we fished all of the nachos out there was literally 6-8 chips in each bag LOL. Both cups of nacho cheese were open and got all over our other items. We ordered online so it’s not like we were rude to them or anything. But they sure are rude to you for no reason! I do not expect stellar customer service. I know it’s a hard job. Just went to this Taco Bell for the first time tonight. Beautiful building nice and clean but the Young Jeezy staff not so nice. Very unfriendly young girl with black hair at the window seem to be insulted by anything I said and wasn't happy to be there. When I got home with my two tacos Supremes and three crunchy tacos I discovered there was barely any ingredient in the shell I mean where's the beef lettuce and cheese? I tried to call them to let them know but their phone has been off the hook for over an hour now and they are not even busy. I will be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager or a regional manager to get my money back or some free tacos because this service and product was less than satisfactory it...
