It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Louisville

We order It's Just Wings for pickup. When I arrived and on my confirmation email it said call or text and someone will be right with you. I wait 5 minutes and no one came. Then I called and wait on hold for another 10 minute to be told they don't bring it to your car anymore cause Covid is no more. Well let me tell ya, Covid is still a thing. It didn't bother me to go in but the signs should be removed if they are no longer bringing it to you car. Also the server was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. The fries were great. The wings were just ok. I probably wouldn't go back because of the poor customer service. I understand covid restrictions have been lifted but she didn't have to be rude. Very...

I kind of wish I read reviews before I ordered. The fries were good but the wings were sooooo dry. I like dry rub on wings more often than sauced, I ordered lemon pepper and the seasoning was good, but the wings were so over done and dry, like it robbed every last bit of moisture from my mouth, popeyes biscuits dry. The ranch was watered down like it reminded me of my childhood where we would go to ponderosa after church and they had that watered down ranch on the salad bar.
