Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

Tried the text order for pizza. I get back message to click link to confirm and pay for pizza. Once on the website, the order is completely wrong. No way to delete or cancel order. My guess is if payment isn't made, order won't be filled. I called the store to order. Explained the problem with text order. Took 10 minutes explaining and to just get an over the phone order placed. The headache with the text order and attempting to order on the phone is never again. I almost hung up the phone and didn't order the pizza. Experience was that bad.

Boy oh boy! These guys have some good, good pizza. I loved it. I took one home and I was very happy I did. Apparently, they sell pizza by the slice (which is right up my alley) and I do know it's 5.00. Which is ok but do you call first? Do you just have to hit it at a good time? I asked the guy and the best i cutlass get was that it takes about 8 mins. So i don't really know but. I'm going to find out and I'll let you know. I always have a great experience at Jet's Pizza, specifically the one in Fern Creek, Louisville Kentucky. The pizza is amazing- love the deep dish! But the employees are always astoundingly polite and professional. I have over 25 years in management. I say that to say that I am beyond impressed with this establishment, because I know first hand that it's easy to be great sometimes, but it's extremely difficult to be great consistently.
