I'm usually pretty generous with my reviews, but if I could give this place zero stars; I would!!!! I went there last night after placing an order online. Waited roughly an hour, after watching multiple people get their food before me. I asked about my order twice and was completely dismissed by the front desk lady; even though I told her I received an email saying my food was ready. She kept saying it was in the online order station....but it wasn't and I kept telling her this. I was finally able to speak with another worker who was able to locate my order in the back.....where it had just been sitting there. At this point I'm furious, but I have kids at home that need to eat and it's nearly 8pm. On my way home the wings container opens up (because the lid isn't placed on right) and spills all over my car!!! I call the establishment and tell them about the situation and request a refund. I was told I couldn't get a refund unless I bring the food back up there. I explain to the man that I'd already thrown away the wings and how my passenger seat was now smothered in garlic and parmesan. Their customer service is down right HORRIBLE!! They weren't even busy when I got there and my kids still had to eat cold pizza. I don't expect perfection and I'm a pretty patient and easy going person....but this was enough to make me NEVER want to go to another Ceasers again. I'd much rather pay more and get Papa John's or Pizza Hut. At least with them I don't have to worry about parmesan and garlic all over my car.

Read moreOne of the worst food places I've ever been to, and I hate saying that. I'm a patient person, I'm happy to wait, but the past two times I've been here after placing my order online, I've gone in to what seems like 2-3 teens with no managerial leadership who are too stressed and overloaded to handle the place properly. This time, myself and three other people stood at the front counter for at least five minutes before one of the customers started yelling to get some help at the counter. She had apparently been waiting 30 minutes to get her food, and they didn't even put her order in. After they talked to her, they disappeared into the back again and it took another five minutes before I could flag one of them down to help me out. All I was doing was picking up an order.
When I got home with my order, the sausage pizza was fine, but the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was undercooked, massively greasy, and stuck to the box. The stuffed crust ends just fell apart when you grabbed them. We couldn't even eat it because the slices were fused to the cardboard.
I love Little Caesars, but I will not be going back to this location. There aren't any others nearby, so unfortunately unless I'm near another location in passing, I'll have to pass on Little Caesars for other pizza places because this experience, combined with my experience at New Years where they locked me out of the building and didn't even make my order until I complained about it, have been some of the worst food experiences...
Read moreI ordered my pizza for my evening class at 5:33 pm on Tuesday, July 26. My order consisted of a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and sausage toppings, crazy bread, and a 2-liter. I arrived at the drive-thru at 5:40 pm. It took about 7 minutes for me to get to the window where I learned one of the workers sold my carry out order. He apologized and told me to pull up to the side of the drive-thru. One of the employees was instructed to provide me with my order once it was ready. After waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to go inside to see what was going wrong. I stood in the store until 6:27 pm which someone finally asked me if I needed help. I must admit they were crowded which I'm sure played a role. It still doesn't excuse the fact the manager didn't come to talk to me until 6:35 pm. It had been over an hour since I placed my order. The manager apologized and offered to give me a free 2-liter with my order. This wasn't in addition to rather the same 2-liter that came with the special. It was going to be another 10 minutes before my food was ready....I told him I'll take my money and go elsewhere. The manager didn't seem to care about the time I wasted in his establishment so I was very disappointed in the manner I was treated. Think twice before order from this location....
