KFC — Restaurant in Louisville

My significant other was the customer, getting lunch for his mother. Rude manager, really terrible customer service. Ordered wings, told there were no wings. Someone in the back yelled something but couldn't understand what was said. Asked guy at the counter if there were no wings or just no wings ready. Manager steps out and says "I said no wings". This is at 11:30am. There was a car parked in the drive thru so I guess they didn't want customers coming through. Ordered 3 piece with breast and two legs, got home and had a leg and two thighs. So he went back, and he was treated like he was the problem, no apology, and this was dealing with the manager. Won't be back but I doubt...

When they first opened I got bbq hot wings they actually coasted the whole wing and was packaged in a box. We just went today for take out. Part of the order was 12 bbq wings. Got home and they had them packaged in a clear plastic container. The problem was the wings were soggy from being in plastic container that sweats inside from heat. Second is there was hardly any bbq on wings like they put them in tray and barely coated the top. I felt like I was eating soggy hot wings. I really looked forward to this KFC because you had the choice of hbbq wings. I'm so disappointed that you did right when you first open but not now, please get...

The crew working at the time were an absolute mess.

They'd constantly talk over each other instead of letting one person control the drive through.

After confirming our order 3 times. They still got it incorrect.. by a lot. And it was two simple meals..

Asked to wait for some fresh food (which is totally fine and acceptable). So we did in the pick up area. It was only 5 minutes.

When getting our order we were treated like we had personally punched their mother in the mouth or something. Like we were a straight up annoyance.
