Me & my mom took my 2 month old son to this store. We were using the stroller because he was sleeping & it’s kinda hard to shop when your holding a baby but we were hanging our clothes on the stroller because they don’t have carts. All the workers were looking at us like we were gonna steal something. Then my mom goes to sit down & fed him but i needed to go to the car to get a different nipple bottle because that one was to big & keep in mind the stroller with our clothes was with my mom! I wasn’t going to take it out obviously. But a worker overheard us talking about me leaving & coming right back (I’m not gonna leaving my child & mom at the store) & I guess though I was gonna take the stroller & asked if we were done with the clothes. Like no I’m not done. We haven’t tried anything on or bought anything. So I just told her yeah well just leave. Y’all have been looking at us since we got in here. Will never go back to this one again. The rainbow store in Lexington is way better! They have great customer service! They helped us find our sizes & were every nice. I've never had a problem with the customer service at this store until yesterday when I was checking out i only bought one pair of navy blue shorts and nobody was in either line! On one line they had a sign saying Lane closed the rude young girl counting the money drawer with the glasses and cornrows very rude Looked up at me over her glasses and said " Are you ready to checkout? I said yes but the other line is closed and she told me to get over in the other line and the other cashier hurried up and snatched the lane closed sign off of the counter! If the store is not closed and nobody is in line yet there is no need to put a lane closed sign on the counter especially if you know people are coming to shop and checkout! I'm starting to feel like the other reviews on this store is very true nothing but rude young girls working this whole store they need new older People working here who are not rude and knows good customer service because this ain't it at...

Went there today in a good mood. I got my 3 items and stand at desk for over 10 mins.. no one came to the register. I looked around the entire store to see 2 ladies. 1 lady been there for along time older lady. She is always rude. Face up side down. She hates her job and you can tell. I walked up to her she was racking clothes. I said politely can u cash me out... good afternoon and smiled. She looked at me like I was crazy like why do I need her to cash me out!.
