Our last visit there, there was fecal matter on another customer's shoes who happened to track said fecal matter all over the restaurant (not an exaggeration even in the playroom). When management was notified they were very dismissive about it and just said they would get to it later because they didn't know who did it, even though the customer who tracked it all over was identified by a worker. That customer was not asked to leave or go clean his shoes off. The small dark haired manager just said people would have to "deal with it we're too busy". Multiple other customers brought the situation to the manager's attention and the customer that had the fecal matter on his shoes said it "wasn't his problem because the staff needed to clean it up" when confronted by other customers. They told me you had to do it thru the app, I tried to get it to download while in line but ended up paying full price for them. Got back to work to find my double cheese burgers were really a single burger with two slices of cheese. So today I go in to order breakfast & told the manager what had happened. She said I must have gotten the wrong order. I explained that I did not as everything else was correct & the receipt said two double cheese burgers. Once again all she said was you must have gotten the wrong order. Look first of all, they handed me the order so it was their issue not mine. Read moreWorked on New Year's day and chose this location for lunch. Placed order in drive thru. This employee , JB, that took our order was curt and rather rude. We ordered the special, 2 sandwiches for $5. The price didn't reflect this yet so we mentioned it, twice. We received no explanation as to why it was 8$ instead of 5$ which would have been the correct way to handle this issue. Instead we were ignored, twice and was told to continue with our order. No apologies, No explanations, nothing. And not even a thank you for chosing McDonald's. Notta. . Sigh, staff anywhere should know better, but above all, this manager, has lost two repeat customers !
