We will never return the this Gattis. We arrived approximately 7PM EST. We are a family of seven. It cost us 60 some odd dollars to eat here and an additional 40 for the game card. So, 100.00 some odd dollars. Keep in mind - I have a nine, three, four, six and two month old. We do not go many places simply because it is extremely expensive with a large family. This was supposed to be a treat. While eating some of our dinner that we didn't finish mind you - we watched as the employees stacked all the chairs up. It is now 7:30. My husband asked when it was closing and the employee responded 8:00! They promptly turned off all the games and lights to the game room. My children were heartbroken. We would have never come had we known you closed at 8:00. We would have KNOWN had the hours been POSTED SOMEWHERE. I took a photo of the door and conveniently, the hours were no where to be found. Unbelievable. Its a Saturday night - why would we even ASSUME the place closed at 8? To make matters worse, the manager refused to return our money for the game card or buffet that we didn't get to finish eat or play. NOW, we will have to spend another 60 some odd dollars to return to your establishment in order to use the game cards because guess what? You have to buy a buffet to even enter! We don't have that kind of money. We couldn't even take them somewhere else tonight because we already spent over 100 here AND I have to go home and cook everyone dinner. I feel robbed. Gave over 100 dollars with nothing in return. We

I used to bring my kids to this location a lot years ago. The food was fresh back then. & it was a great environment. We don’t live in the area anymore so I haven’t been in 4/5years. We returned a week ago, The Manger was rude at the register upon arriving. Went for the arcade for my son’s bday. We left the trampoline park to finish the night at this establishment expecting to enjoy ourselves. Half the kids already ate & some wanted the buffet. Manager was not willing to work out anything & made me pay buffet pricing for every person even if they didn’t utilize it. I also had to pay separately for game cards outside of that. I even offered to pay the entry for game cards instead she declined. Willing to upset my children & give off negative energy as if she was bothered by us (rolling her eyes) I still paid just to please my son for his birthday. The buffet only had three pizza options, cheese bread and a salad bar that looked old. I was livid. Half the games in the arcade was broken. And lastly the environment was disgustingly filthy. Roaches crawling on the tables by the wall, my kids lost their appetite immediately. The bathroom smelled really bad & it was no toilet paper in the stalls. I wont return to this location!

We had never been here before, so I checked out Google Reviews first. I always ignore reviewers with less than ten reviews because they are sometimes employees trying to boost the overall rating, or someone who probably only gripes. As for our visit, it was very clean, employees extremely nice, buffet stocked well the entire time, and the gentleman bussing tables was on top of things and clearly a hard worker. We had a good time. Senior citizen discount was a nice touch for those bringing in grandkids. Overall a good experience. Whoever the person was who reviewed you and said game room was small, well, not sure where he was coming from because we thought it was fine. The only issue we had was the claw game that grabs candy needed attention. Other than that, it was fine. Kudos to the staff!

To be honest I'm slightly biased as I have never cared for Gatti's pizza. First the Pros... they have a great selection of foods, pizza, salad, soups, pastas, even nacho chips and cheese. The food is reasonably priced for all you can eat and drink. There is a large game room full of entertainment for the kiddos, and honestly, me. I love playing the games along with my children. They have bumper cars! Now for the Cons... this has to be one of the filthiest resturants on Dixie Highway. Every single time I have been, there has been dirty tables everywhere, gunk that sticks to your feet on the floors of the game room and dining areas, dirty restrooms with tp on the floors, overflowing trash, wet counters, etc. I have NEVER been able to get a slice of pizza that I like. To be fair I do go during rush hours and there is a huge line for people waiting for pizza. It's as if they cannot turn out the pizzas as fast as people take them off the line. By the time I come up they are left with pizzas that I do not care for... like veggie or plain cheese. They always run out of the cheese sticks too before I can really get more than one or two. The only other downfall is the price of their games. Some of the games cost over a dollar to play. They take more than 4 tokens per play. Comparable places charge only 1 token per play.

All in all, I will go back... because frankly it's cheap for my family to fill up on stuff and play games for a while. Even better if I go when there is a discount or a coupon. If you don't mind the mess, the inability to get a hot slice of pizza after the crowd clears, and don't mind paying a bit more for games, then by all means, pay...

Worst experience today!!! The manager and team member was rude!!! I place a to go order for 1 large pizza and cinnamon sticks which I order from here a lot but this time they were so rude!! Starting when I first called the worker asked for my phone number and name, I gave it to her then she stated she needed my last name? Which I never gave because I’m only ordering pizza not applying for a job. Then I asked if I could pick it up at 6:30(she never told them to make the order at a later time) because I was picking up my child from practice @ 5:30 and needed some time since here school is out bluelick so when I called back to let them know I was coming it little early the manager made it a big deal, I explained I asked the worker to communicate that I’m picking up at a later time and her being smart and not relaying the message isn’t my fault, so she said it would be ready in 20 minutes so I arrived and the team member who took my order cashed me out and it went up from there. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there, I asked for a icing that Ive never gotten charged for but it was fine it was the attitude I got while she cashed me out, she was nasty for no reason lol I simply want to get my child in and feed her the food she asked for but no she made it worse, acted as if couldn’t pay for icing(I ALREADY PAID FOR PIZZA) so I was confused!!! The once the receipt printed she threw it at me!!! I WENT OFF!!! The manager didn’t do anything but walk me to the door and tried to put a paying customer out smh!!! I WONT BE BACK!!!! PLEASE DONT COME TO WORK JUST TO CAUSE PROBLEM!!! Very disturbing especially with my child...
