Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Louisville

My girlfriend had come here once in the morning and ordered a coffee and a bagel. She got her bagel in a good amount of time. That was good. She had her bagel. But then, her coffee didn't come out. She had to wait thirty minutes for a coffee and it wasn't even what she ordered. That was first time there so it was a terrible first impression. Then she decided she'd give them another shot because she really wanted to like the food and the restaurant. No. It took 15 minutes before she asked where her bagel was the second time. Then they told her AFTER SHE HAD BOUGHT THE BAGEL that they were out of that specific bagel. Note. It wasn't busy when she went. So they instead told her that they were going to give her a bacon bagel instead. 10 more minutes go by... no bagel... 20 minutes go by... still no bagel... it took a whole thirty minutes for them to even start making the bagel. It's honestly ridiculous that they are so careless that they can't even get an order right. It's also ridiculous that it took 45 minutes for her to get a bagel that had some bacon slapped on it. I could make that in five minutes. Also want it to be made aware that by the time they had given her her bogus bagel, her coffee was melted and wasnt good anymore. She had given this place a second chance and they took that chance and stomped it into the ground. It would have been fine if it was one time but it was both times that she had gone there. Also note how this is A CAMPUS RESTAURANT. People don't have time to wait that freaking long for a bagel. A BAGEL. This needs to be fixed immediately because it's honestly ridiculous and VERY...

My order said it was ready so I walked up the grab it. The woman running the show shouted "buddy" so I look over, she asked me what my order was. Gave her the number, she said she was gonna grab it. I sat there for 5 more mins, after waiting about 20. She stood there and chatted instead of doing really anything at all. Then I walked back up since I was already 10 minutes late for class, she saw me and she grabbed one of the orders that had been sitting there for awhile now. I looked at it confused since I knew it wasnt mine, I said I had the applewood bacon, she said thats what this is. I took it since I had no reason to not believe her, it stated "All nighter" on the receipt thats why I initially looked at it confused. I looked at the grubhub page and it was indeed not what I order since the "All nighter" and the "Applewood bacon sandwich" are totally different things. I took it back up to her a little irritated at this point since she straight up lied to me, and I said this isnt the right order(politely). She says... "I know"... Okay well then why would you give it to me? lol She tried to shrug it off like she was doing me a favor, acting like I was an idiot for not taking someone elses sandwich... But when I asked if I could have it for free but still get what I PAID for, she said no. Wtf is this logic, she then decides to make comments about me as I walk away, as if im the moron in this situation. Got my sandwich and was 20 minutes late to class,...

I was a little heartbroken by this location. First of all, it was impossible to find it! The logo is all over the windows of the outside of the building but I had to leave and then enter through a different wing of the building to find it. The menu is really odd and doesn't list any drinks. I've been to other locations and there are smoothies, iced coffee, cold brew, you name it, but nothing is listed here. It was awkward asking the cashiers if it were possible to get an iced coffee with milk and then getting confused looks. They didn't even remember the milk 😭 the sandwich I got was toasted to the point of it cutting the roof of my mouth, too. The whole thing is just disorganized to...
