Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Louisville

Worst Chick FIL A is an understatement. Always out of at least 1 item. Food is of an inferior quality to pretty much any other Chick Fil A location. Every time I would get breakfast, the biscuits are always hard and crumble into dust. This is never an issue at the St. Matthew's location.

Clearly, CFA corporate is not exercising enough oversight of this location. I work in the restaurant industry. I understand, but this is something else what goes on here.

Menu item shortages I get. I understand. I don't see it at any other CFA in Louisville, but I still understand. However, the below average food quality is something I must report. Coupled with the incredibly slow service times. I think it is great they have the digital first transaction system. However it should not be there if the employees cannot keep up with the orders coming in. Guests should not be waiting 40-45 minutes when you are literal steps away from multiple other dining options on campus.

I was given a coupon for a free 8 pack of chicken nuggets or kale salad via push notification on the Chick-fil-A app, so I went to the nearest location to redeem this offer. The worker at the front counter looked at me strangely, said she did not know how to redeem a coupon on a phone, and then yelled for another worker to come help. That employee then mumble-yelled some nonsensical response, the gist of which seemed to be that they would not accept my Chick-fil-A coupon at their Chick-fil-A location, and then apparently said something about being owned by Wal-Mart and that I had to go to a "real" Chick-fil-A?? So apparently this is a counterfeit Chick-fil-A??? I don't know, I don't understand it, but I do recommend you avoid this location and go get some junk food at one of the many other fast food locations on campus that have sensible and consistent policies, and coherent employees who don't mumble about Wal-Marts and...

Ordered Online, app said my order was ready. Went to pick it up and they said they hadn’t made my order yet. I ordered at 3:40, and went to pick it up at 4:10. It is 4:40 and the people have the nerve to tell me that they already handed out my order even though I’ve been standing here waiting for it. They seem to be trying to maximize their wait times by clicking off orders early and just never making them. And then they are taking your money and lying to you about it.
