I was in Huntington Beach with some friends and they suggested we go here for lunch. Of course I was down since I'd always hear how great their chicken was. I actually didn't know it was a chain! It was pretty packed when we first arrived but the line went by really fast and we only waited like 5 min til our food was ready, so pretty great service! Their menu is basically just made up of 4 types of chicken strip combos, ranging from 3-6 pieces. They also have a chicken sandwich. All combos come with dipping sauce, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw and a slice of bread. The bread was so flufffffy and a little buttery. I do wish it was more buttery though. You can substitute your coleslaw for a second piece of bread if you want since they're the same price. It was a little hard to grasp the atmosphere's theme lol just because there were a lot of different elements. They had vintage marquee letter lights and skateboards on the wall and picture frames and even a disco ball! Tbh I was planning on giving them 4 stars, but because of the fact that it's named after Cane, the founder's dog and they had a banner of Cane wearing sunglasses, I bumped them up to 5 hehe

Most unprofessional dining experience in my life. I missed the first 6-8 disrespectful comments by the employees and started videoing after. 30 cars in line of drive thru Refused to serve us at 9:55 pm when close at 10 pm. No information given to any of the 20+ cars behind us. Extremely rude and immature employees and manager refused to address us directly. Would never ever return to this location and people in line feel the same. Ridiculous. No wonder Chik Fil A is consistently rated #1 every year on fast food! They hire quality, respectful employees. Worst fast food restaurant ever. Go to Chik Fil A to be treated with positive customer service!!! Zero stars review.

I do not typically eat fast food but everyone kept telling me I need to try this place. So, done! Yeah, it's great! The sauce is great, chicken fingers great, the fries are nothing special but they are good, the place was clean because they did not allow anything other than ordering. Here was the cool part, I ordered the family fingers, then fries separately because they were not included - but they filled a pan with fries at no additional charge. Nice!

I will never enter this store again after only 1 visit. I stopped in to get some food around 8:30pm Friday October 25th. As I approached the door I noticed a gentleman that you could tell was not of the best living conditions and was unable to talk. He did not hold his hands out for money but simply gestured that he was thirsty. I asked if he wanted a drink and he nodded yes so I proceeded to welcome inside with me and offered him a full meal. There was two other people with me and we all got our food and I ordered his. As the cashier was handing us our cups specifically the gentleman who was joining us the manager ran from the back scolding the cashier for “giving free water cups.” I let her know that his entire meal was paid for and nothing was for free. As we’re getting our drinks they tell us that he can not be there and that “we” need to kick him out. Not employees of the company but 3 customers that invited this man for a meal need to kick him out of the store that he was not allowed in. Reminder he can not speak, he’s not being loud or causing a scene, he is waiting for what I bought. Eventually they tell him that he needs to wait outside and we’ll have to bring his food to him outside. I look around the lobby for a table and not a single table has been wiped off or is clean enough to eat at. This restaurant and management is more worried about kicking out a man who has a paid meal and making him eat in the cold than even cleaning the tables to allow someone to eat at. Which is exactly what I told them and told them to change my...

Very confusing experience. Came here for dinner on 4/5 on recommendation. Im not from the area and we don't have this chain where I live. Got the Candiac Combo. Food was extremely fast, fresh, and steaming hot. Fries were crispy and salted, Cole slaw was cold and tasty. The Canes sauce is delicious. However, the chicken could not be more bland. It tasted of absolutely nothing. No spice. No salt. Not even chicken really. They were cooked perfect and were hot as can be, but they were the most vague tenders I have ever had in my life. Not a flavor to be found. For a food chain borne in Louisiana, I was shocked. Didnt taste the batter. Didnt taste the oil. The chicken equivalent of Dasani. Its a problem when its the star of your culinary show.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was so nice and friendly. Nothing this restaurant could have done better. Just whoever at corporate decided the breading recipe mustve lost their tastebuds during...
