The winter weather here in Clifton has been cold with snow and lots of ice. Ice melt is as hard to find as gold. I read online that Keith's Hardware had ice melt. Around 10 in the morning I stopped at Keith's to check. I was told they would be getting a delivery and to come back at 2 o'clock. They have parking spots with signs explaining how to buy things. The signs have their phone number for no contact ordering, paying and delivery to your car. Arrived back 10 minutes before 2 and 15 minutes later had my ice melt in my car and ready to go! Didn't even have to open the door!! During these terrible times Keith's Hardware has the best sales idea of all. I worked for one of the big box stores and if customers couldn't find something I would send them to neighborhood stores like Keith's for their excellent service and invaluable knowledge. The two girls are rude and they supposed to be the Managers ,they told me to leave after i insisted to cut me a small piece of glass (11"x15") for my back door. She said it's illegal to put a regular glass,what are you talking about,..the door is a 100 year old,I'm not buying some fancy gllass for it. Stupid,...too much by the book with no common sense. Never gonna visit there again. How long you think your business gonna last with this behavior. Every single small hardware i know closes one after the other and maybe it's for good. Guess what?,...i just went to Lowe's and got the glass without any problems, no questions ask and i told them it's for the back door too. ...
