Absolutely first class, with guest experience as the only priority. This was my third stay at one of BNB Louisville's properties and was blown away each time. Two were with family stays and one was for business. First of all, these are not just some person's house they are trying to make some extra cash on. The owners/management clearly have some high end hospitality industry background because the properties are amazing. Every detail thoroughly planned and designed for comfort and enjoyment. Everything is super white glove testable clean and organized. But what is really close to my heart is the lengths to which they went to accommodate special requests and circumstances. On one stay, we had both an elderly grandfather who has physical disabilities and a one year old. When we arrived, management had rearranged common areas and a downstairs bedroom to provide more room for grandad's mobility. There was also a list of nearby restaurants that had the easiest accessibility and were also kid and family friendly. They also let us know where playgrounds were as well as nearest pediatrician's office. The work trip was no different. They made sure the place was ready for us to both have some intensive meetings and blow off steam when things wrapped up. BNB Louisville should bottle their operation and take it national. Eric and his team at BNB Louisville were extremely accommodating right from the start - months before we were coming for our stay. We were coming into Louisville for a bachelor party, and I cannot stress how awesome of a place the Highball Lounge is. I have stayed at a number of places around the country for large groups similar to this trip, and most places tend to try and cut costs, use Ikea garbage from furnishings to linens - not here. The detailing, quality, and experience that comes w/ the Highball lounge was second to none. I would definitely take another group back here one day.

Even after the trip, Eric and his team were helpful. A few of the guys on our trip even forgot some items, and the team at BNB went out of their way to mail the forgotten items across the country back to their owners.

If I had to be critical of something, its that the Highball property is flanked by neighbors that are quick to report noise complaints. This place is AWESOME! The decor and layout is so cool and perfect for hosting a group. There are two kitchens - one in each building so our beef demonstration was done in the main kitchen that faces out to the main room with bar. It was perfect for the presentation. The other kitchen in the back building was used by the caterer. There were so many unique places for people to gather. The place was spotless too.
